PART 1 . Installation of IP Enabled EPABX Supply, Installation and Commissioning of TEC approved ISDN compatible Digital IP enabled Hybrid EPABX expandable up to 280 extensions & initially equipped with 1) 64 analog extension cards integrated 2) 4 Digital Lines 3) SIM to Analog utility 4) Operator console – 1 No 5) PRI Card – Provision to Synch one set of card 6) DID Facility 7) MDF with Disconnection module (Krone make) wired for ultimate capacity of the exchange with IPM protection module. 8) IDF with disconnection module (Krone make) module wired for ultimate capacity of exchange. (Preferred Make:- Alcatel Lucent, NEC, Cisco, Coral, or any other leading brand having mirror features.Warranty-3 (three ) year OEM.

Supply and Fixing of 200 pair junction box with 100 pair Krone loaded MDF & its cabin.

Supply and fixing of lightning protection module for Trunk line. (Ray Cap. OBO or equivalent)

Supply and fixing 20mm PVC medium gauge Conduit conforming to IS 9537/ 1983 part III along with all required accessories on surface including making good the damages etc as required.

Supply and fixing 25mm PVC medium gauge Conduit conforming to IS 9537/ 1983 part III along with all required accessories on surface including making good the damages etc as required.

PE insulated 0.5mm telephone cable for the inter connection of telephonic equipments : Number of cores 100 (50 pair) and fiiled with water repellant jelly.

Supply and Laying of 0.5mm ATC copper conductor 2 pair Telephone Cable through the PVC Conduit.

Supply & installation of adequate size of HDPE duct and its clamping and capping accessories for OFC Cable which will synchornize with each OSI nesting node.

Supply and fixing of group A, 1 module face plate on the 1 module PVC box for connecting nodes on sealed & concealed mounting box and fixing RJ 11 telephone jack with shutter in the face plate. (Preferred Make:Actassi,Belden,Molex,R&M or any other leading brand having mirror features.)

Supply of information outlet having spring shutter / dust cover dual face plate for connecting nodes on sealed & concealed mounting box consisting of MS cable store consisting of one number of CAT-6 information outlet for 1000Mbps RJ45 keystone socket, one number of RJ11 telephone jack including termination charges etc. Preferred Make :Actassi,Belden, Molex, R&M or any other leading brand having mirror features.)

Supply, installation and commissioning of moisture resistant electronic push button type telephone receiver with Caller ID, phone book memory. ( NEC, Panasonic or any other leading brand having mirror features.)

Supply, installation and commissioning of moisture resistant electronic push button type telephone receiver, with tone/pulse switch, single button redial facility and glass epoxy coated PCB. (Preferred - ( NEC, Panasonic or any other leading brand having mirror features.)

Supply and providing ISI plate earthing as per IS 3043 with 600 X 600 X 6.3 mm CI/GI earth plate with required length of 20 mm dia ‘B’ class GI watering pipe, providing GI funnel with weld wash, filling charcoal around the earth plate up to a distance of 15 cm, filling the rest of the portion with excavated soil, including watering and ramming, providing brick work (20 mm) necessary at the top in 1:6 cement mortar, providing cast iron gully trap with GI covering at the top.

Supply and fixing 2 Nos of the 2 x 25 x 3 mm GI strips to the earth plate including cutting and bending to shape, drilling necessary holes for test joint to the earthing system, watering pipe etc as required.

Underground installation of Out door cables like OFC & Pair core through a non corrosive PLB duct channel. HDPE duct can be used for installation of such Synch Cable and can be accomplished by either open cut method ie, by trenching or by trenchless techniques. Cable and HDPE pipe locators shall be deployed to identify underground utilities wherever it is necessary.

Earth leads–supply and drawing 2.00mm (14 SWG) bare copper conductors on the wall with necessary clamps with a spacing not exceeding 1 meter with necessary connections as required.

Testing & programming the system as per the instruction from the department, Connecting the BSNL lines, labeling the extension, colour wash the wall for making good the damages during the installation etc, Providing Electric power socket with switch from the nearest Online UPS power.

PART 2 . Installation of LAN Network Supply and drawing of UTP cable, CAT6 4 Pair 23 AWG Solid Copper Conductors with FR Grade, Printed with every Feet Lengths (Molex-LS0H or other brand having mirror features)MAF required.

Supply and Installation single mode optic fiber cable. Standard single-mode optical fiber used with adequate wavelengths having size of 9/125 µm with a maximum attenuation of 1 dB/km to 0.4 dB/.

Supply and Installation of Gigabit SFP to Media converter having following minimum specification. convert 1000BASE single mode fiber to 1000Base-T copper media & vice versa. Works at 1000Mbps in Full-Duplex mode for both TX port and FX port with SDC cable. Preferred Make: Netgear or any other leading brand having mirror features.

Splicing and placing Charge of OFC( including FC connector).

Supply and fixing 20mm White PVC medium gauge Conduit conforming to IS 9537 / 1983 part III along with all required accessories on surface fixing the conduit using metal saddles , spacing not exceeding 60 cm including making good the damages etc as required.

Supply & Fixing of standard graded LAN I/O Box module / surface Box with Single port RJ45 faceplate having following minimum specifications : 1 port -86 type standard, front access with spring shut up, easy identification labels for RJ 45 port etc. and surface Box having rigid plastic body and giving connection properly with the incoming CAT 6 UTP cable, testing the connections and make sure the performance , color labeling etc, including all other charges etc.(Recommended LEGRAND /Molex/D Link/Finolex )

Supply and fixing 19", 6U,500MM Depth Wall Mount Rack with Front Glass door Rack for switches, Patch panels and accessories with cable manager, AC Distribution box, cooling fan and hardware mounting kit. Recommended: VAL Rack or equivalent.

Supply and installation of 24 Port Unmanagable Gigabit rack mountable Ethernet SWITCH with 2 Nos of SFP uplink port to synch with exsting one & excited by AC 230V, Gbps forwarding capacity, 10 BASE T/100BASE T/1000BASE- T interface options , Recommended: Cisco/Netgear.

Supply and fixing of 8 port, Fully loaded patch panel Cold rolled steel, minimum 1.5 mm thickness, Individually removable CAT6 ports.

Supply of 1 Meter double ended factory crimped CAT-6 mounting patch cord. (LS0H-D Link, Molex)

Supply of 2 Metre double ended factory crimped CAT-6 mounting patch cord. (LS0H-D Link, Molex)

Supply of good quality universal Power distribution unit with Surge arrestor having 5 x 5A 5 pin plug sockets.

Supply of good quality self locking ferrule number tube or eq- for identification of I/O box and switches ports outlet having greater in size with letters and numeric numbers or combination of both.

Testing every nodes by configuring dedicated IP from DNS. Making permanent labeling by using ferrule number & Set of Self locking for bus network line etc. It would be better to provide schematic diagram / visual representation of structured cabling in the User’s manual with floating Sketch of the given Network Structure with IP address.
