CIVIL WORK

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 251.

Disposal of surplus earth qty same as above

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (I cemet:6 fine sand: 12 graded brick aggregate40 mm nominal size) and curing complete. Including cost of form work in foundation and floors (s.i.no 275 a)

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cemet 2 fine sand 4 graded brick aggregate20 mm nominal size) and curing complete. Including cost of form work in foundation and floors (s.i.no 275 a)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1:25 finess modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials; lobour, and T&P etc.

12mm Thick neat cement plaster in 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 fine sand) mortar in single coat or fair of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level 6 including internal founded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith chamfers and finished even and stooth (S.I No 584)

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1) cemet 2 fine sand 4 graded brick aggregate20 mm nominal size) and 7 curing complete. Including cost of form work in foundation and floors (s.i.no 275 a)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete (when not included in an overall rate) including supply o steel its wastage, bend, hooks etc. all complete. (SOR No.504)

Collection and Consolidation of stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform yhickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and chember applying and broming requiste type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate watering and compacting.
