Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1.0 Sqm and n. exc. 2.0 Sqm each and removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n. exc. 1.0 Sqm each and removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down shutters of any description exc. 1.0 Sqm and n. exc. 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F standard grade WPC door frames of size 100mm x 65mm for doors with single rebate including all necessary fixing lugs or clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC frame (single rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly.

S&F factory made solid WPC flush door shutters 28 to 30 mm thick, natural wooden painted on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters 28 to 30 mm thick (stile:), with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurethane painted on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, with wood free EPS, supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.
