Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises from MoD Land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime/cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n. exc 15cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laittance, scales oil, or any other loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC/cast iron pipes of 75/100mm jointed in cement mortar in sunken floor slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in bottom of sunken admixed with liquid WPC and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth mixed with liquid polymer @1.5 Litre per 50 Kg Bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(WPC will be paid Separately)

Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating of approved make on horizontal and vertical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturer direction after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Ponding test after water proofing coating willl be done for 48 Hrs and payment shall be relised to contractor when no leakage/sepage is noticed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on floor and wall surface of sunken portion with polymer modified repair mortar mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer ( mixed as per manufacture direction and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polymer compound for water proofing liquid (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 300mm beyond outer face of wall including making hole for fixing in sunken beam or brick wall. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid light colour ceramic tiles of any design and pattern 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed. Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622-2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6% length, width and strightness of sides +0.10% (Max deviation). thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & edge curvature and warpage +0.50% (Max deviation). breaking strength 1000N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

S & F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx 8 to 9mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622-2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15% length, width and strightness of sides +0.20% (Max deviation) Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation) straightness of sides and rectangularity +0.15% (Max deviation) surface flatness +0.22% (max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

M & L for Lean concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with & including using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note:- 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)
