Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (and backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Cutting chases in brick/ stone wall, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends of edges of landing, steps, cills, lintels etc and cutting chases not exceeding 10 cm girth for concealed water tubing and making good cutting as per its original specfication complete all as directed.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

S&F 30 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminated for panels.

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges, medium weight ,stainless steel and fixed .

S&F 125 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.

S&F 125 mm size aluminium alloy handles (ISI Marked) fabricated type anodised and fixed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course to floor and finished the surface suitable to receive floor tiles complete all as directed.

M & L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x300x7 to 8 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed inneat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item No 13 to 14 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

Grinding and mirror polishing of existing terrazo tiles/ kota stone floring to complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surface or other than fair faces brick work, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a 0.50 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

Taking down damaged/ old GI/ UPVC pipe 15 mm dia & provide new 15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all new fittings (ISI marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 18 here-in-above but 20 mm bore of pipe -do-

Taking down and refixing wash down water closet(pedestal pattern) with fixing bolts to floor and connecting pan to trap including connection to drain and flush pipe complete all as directed..

Taking down and refixing wash hand basin including drilling screws and provide two Nos new GI brackets complete all as directed..

Taking down damaged sink & supply & fix new sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as directed.

Taking down damaged sink & S&F new sinks made out of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar on to drawf wall or or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 495mm x 420mm , bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs corrosion resistant Stainless Steel kitchen plate rack of size 24x36x10 inch, with 1 mm thick Stainless Steel sheet (min weight 7.00 kg) fixed to walls with nails complete all as directed.Make : Prayag Cat No P-336

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and stacking at site and S&F new 500 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and stacking at site and S&F new 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks fixed in any description of capacity exeeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.to complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete.

All same per item No 49 here-in-above but tanks exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs -do-
