Cleaning, servicing and testing complete HT 33 KV, isolator, horizontal/vertical type, gang operated including cleaning/replacement (if required) of male/female contacts by CRC liquid, proper lubrication greasing on contacts & moving rod / handle for proper function of moveable rod for smooth ON / OFF position and checking the incoming and outgoing connection (terminal lugs to be replaced if required) and Insulation testing between phase to phase & phase to earth shall be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Male / female contacts shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item.

All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above, but HT 11 KV VCB outdoor type alongwith indoor C&R panel.

Supply and fixing in repair/ replacement of old/defective control wiring of current transformers, ampere meter, voltmeter, potential transformers, circuits of indoor/Outdoor type 33/11 KV VCB using 2.5 sqmm copper flexible PVC insulated wire and suitable size of copper lugs and thimbles and connector all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Complete breaker (Incoming and outgoing) considered as one complete Job.

Supply and fixing in replacement of U/S Bekalite base and fuse grip 32 Amps incl fuse link suitable for control wiring of HT switchgear complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of U/S breaker control (TNC) switch suitable for HT switchgears complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3 pole, NO/NC switch of 45 A of auxiliary contactor 24/110 Volt DC supply used for protection of earth fault and over current relay, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable LED type lamp indicator (Red/Yellow/Blue) suitable for 110 Volt DC in HT switchgear complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable tripping/ closing coil 24/110 Volt DC Supply suitable for HT switchgear complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of maintenance free battery 12 Volts, 18 AH suitable to provide DC supply of RMU complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of maintenance free battery 12 Volts, 100 AH suitable for battery bank complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DC power pack unit 230V AC input and 24V DC out put, 5A including connecting wire/accessories complete all as specifiedand as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT 11 KV RMU operating mechanism suitable to open/close/grounding the breaker including all fixing arrangements and made serviceable upto the satisfaction of EIC complete all as specifiedand as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and averaging 15 cm in depth for levelling and cleaning of area at Sub Stn including removing of shrubs and bushes, getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed at site.

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable end jointing kit, outdoor type heat shinkable, 120 - 185 Sqmm, 3.0 Core suitable for 33 KV 3 Core, XLPE electric cable complete all as specified and directed:

Dismantling of Unserviceable steel structure, cross arms , bracings , supports, clamps from Two/Four pole structure at various locations all as directed.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding cold or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size, and febrication of 33 KV tower as per existing height as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Insulators to be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in replacement of ring core protection (Cl.5P10) CTs capable of handling 2.5 VA burden and CT ratio as required at site according the load, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type horn gap fuse unit of rating 200 Amps and mounted on porcelain insulators and mounting channel all conform to IS : 9385 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of spring charging motor suitable for HT 33 KV, switchgear, operated on 230 volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as per item No. 25.00 here-in-above, but suitable for HT 11 KV switchgears.

Supply and fix in replacement of overcurrent and earth fault relay operated on 20 to 60V DC supply, suitable to HT swichgear complete with complete wiring and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of old unserviceable HT 33 KV lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specifiedand as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type oil cooled single phase Current Transformer (CT) with double wound, dual ratio C.T.'s 60-30A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV 3 phase system 15 VA burden for protection (class 5P10) 15 VA burden for metering (accuracy class 1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 29.00 here-in-above, but dual ratio CT 150-75A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV 3 phase system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type oil cooled single phase HT Potential Transformer (PT) suitable for 33 KV / 110 Volt outdoor type, 3 Phase system, 15 VA burden for protection (accuracy class 1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 33 KV RMU PT fuse 0.5 Amps complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 32.00 here-in-above, but for 11 KV RMU.

M&L in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 sq. mm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) 2011 with upto date amendments complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for tibba sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete laid over the cable perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC.

M&L in replacement of GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 100 mm.

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 4" up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only.

Material and labour for SF6 gas filling into RMU of any way indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix Post/Pin type, porcelain , vitreous, white , green & brown insulator including one galvanised iron long steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, working pressure 33000 Volts and of size 290 mm dia x 290 mm height. ISI marked.

Supply and fix female contact / fix contact assembly complete suitable for 33 KV GOD horizontal type.

Supply and fix male contact / moving contact pipe assembly complete suitable for 33 KV GOD Horizontal type.

Supply and laying & testing LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvenised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Voltts grade with stranded copper conductor of 2.5 Sqmm 2 Core isize cable, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 47.00 here-in-above, but 2.5 Sqmm 4 Core size cable.

All as per item No. 47.00 here-in-above, but 2.5 Sqmm 12 Core size cable.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 33 KV, terminal protector, right angle, insulation boot including accessories suitable for XLPE insulated earthed cable of size 120-185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for painting of 33/11 KV main receiving stations yard which includes maximum 12 Nos of steel tubular pole's, complete structure of VCBs, CT & PTs structures, complete busbar structure, channels of 11 mtr poles structure, GOD structures, with stay wire, clamps, nuts and bolts with two coats of aluminium paints of max hight up to 10 mtr from ground level incl painting of PCC platforms/copping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning the surface thoroughly of colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. (Location : CPH, Ajmer Line PH, Mini Market PH & Shikargarh Power House).

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe and GI strip 32mm x 6mm up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3 and dismantling of old earthing.

Supply, fixing & stringing of ACSR conductor on poles with jumpring and binding with aluminium conductors and in yards with and incl aluminum connectors of required shape and suitable for conductor size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV jumper sleeves heat shrinkable type suitable to conductor size as installed at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only HT 11 KV RMU manually spring charging/supply on-off handle made of MS bar chromium plated heavy duty complete all as directed by EIC.

All as per item No. 55.00 here-in-above, but for 33 KV RMU.

Repair, maintenance, cleaning, servicing, and calibration of battery charger at main receiving station including replacement of faulty spares such as 220/110V AC transformer having current rating 5 Amps, PCB for main supply, PCB for float and boosting charging, variac variable transformer of suitable size, HRC fuses with fuse base, MCBs, indicator, voltmeter, ammeter etc. or any other spare required to made serviceable the battery charger complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor may be visit the site before quoting the rate and work has to be completed upto entire satishfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of disc type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 145mm height and 255mm dia ball and socket type three disk assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 volt grade, conform to IS-13134, for 7.5 KN max failing load complete all as specifed and as directed.

Under ground Cable Testing / fault detection by authorised agency with Computerised Fault Detection Van complete to find the fault location for 33/11 KV rated UG cables as directed by Engineer in Charge at site. Note :- The Quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of any excavation and earth work. (ii) Cable jointing work shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 polymer/porcelain insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 185 sq.mm, 3 core confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) 2011 with upto date amendments complete all as specified and as directed.
