SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I:- Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of central air conditioning plant and standby DG Set of capacity 250 KVA installed at Signal Centre at Palampur Mil Stn by engaging 01 Refrigeration mechnic or AC tradesmen (ITI qualified) each shift at Palampur Military Station for shift of 8 hours for three shift in a day including Sundays and holidays all as directed. .

Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant installed at Signal Centre by engaging 01 Helper for tradesmen at Palampur Military Station in one shift of 8 hours in a day and to assist tradesmen engaged for maintenance and operation of AC Plant at Srl No. 1 above in Maint and Operation of DG Set of capacity 250 KVA for Signal Centre 24x7 including topping up of Fuel and oil in the DG Set including Sundays & holidays all as directed Note for Item No 01 to 02:- (i) Inside, surrounding area of the Central AC Palnt Installations and all equipments shall be maintained neat and clean all the time and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to incl the cost of the same. (ii) The skilled tradesmen shall be ITI certificate holder & capable to attend emergency repair/ maintenance and complaints as per the directions of Engr-in-charge. (iii) All T&P required for attending complaints and maintenance of plant and installation will be supplied by the contractor and cost is incl in the rate quoted. (iv) Proper attendance register shall be maintained by the contractor. (v) The Tradesmen shall be provided with protective clothings/safety hand gloves/industrial helmets/ safety belts/ face masks/rain coat and shall bear that while on duty and the cost is incl in the rate quoted.

(vi) The contractor has to provide adequate means to the workmen for conducive work environment and he has to ensure that the workers are covered as per labour law and insurance act. All the tradesmen should be covered under Insurance act vide Indian Electricity Rules, 1956. (vii) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for printing log sheet, registers and other stationery items. (viii) The contractor shall be provided with approved colour of uniform for the tradesmen. The rate quoted deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ix) The following register/documents to be maintained on daily basis. :- (a) Plant Running Record book. (b) Daily Log sheet for Central AC Palnt. (x) In case the contractor fails to depute person in shift as asked, then suitable recovery shall be made for the same. Panel reovery @ Rs 600/- per shift shall be recovered in case of operator / technician / helper found absent from duty. (xi) The contractor will provide two sets of complete tools and one commando torch, tool bag which will be used by the technicians and Helpers while on duty at the installtions. The tools will be returned to the contractor on completion of the contract. The rates for the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. In case of non provision of tools Rs. 20000.00 will be recovered will be recovered from the contractor due amount. (xii) The contractor has to ensure all COVID-19 precautions with preventive materials. The cost of preventive materials shall be included in the qouted rates. Note : All items are required for maintenance shall be paid to contractor as supply only

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II:- Supplying and re-charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 / R-410 in AC plant after detection of leakage & rectification of same in the system by using Carbon Di-oxide Gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with Nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Gas shall be brought by the contractor at Site from authorized Dealer/Manufacturers in sealed cylinders of standard packings and re-filling shall be done in the presence of rep of Deptt. The empty cylinders after using the gas brought shall be returned to the contractor for payment purpose, only gas to the required extent used for charging shall be considered. (ii) The unit rate inserted is being to be inclusive of the cost of nitrogen gas used for leakage test and pressure test prior to filling/ charging of gas R-22 / R-410

Supply only compressor oil (Non-freezing) in AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- SHEETAL/ CALTEX/ ZED PLUS NOTE:- Compressor oil shall be brought by the contractor in sealed barrels.

Descaling the condenser by recommended chemical cleaning agent by soaking method, disconnection condenser from the system by taking out nuts bolts, studs 2 Nos valves and MS/GI pipe line form both sides cover, cleaning each tube with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution connecting back both side cover including replacing leather gasket 4mm thick for following capacities of condensers suitable for AC plant capacities installed as indicated below, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of worn out part of FRP cooling tower of capacity 60 TR, cleaning of water tanks and body of cooling tower to make the cooling tower functional and serviceable in all respect including rectification of minor leakages from the cooling tower with M Seal adhesive, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only side cover jalli for cooling tower for capacity 60 TR in replacement as per existing size and pattern, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC fins honeycomb of size 24"x12"x6" for cooling tower of capacity 60 TR, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only replacement gun metal thermal expansion valve of capacity 60 TR, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable wiring of panel/control system of AC Plant micro processor panel , rewiring the same with new suitable capacity of copper conductor PV insulated wire and making connection to make the control/ interlocking system functional, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only top protector cover to the CT fan motor at the top of the cooling tower made of GI sheet 20 SWG, conical shape including flat iron of required size complete to protect the CT fan motor form rain water, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metallic viscose filter in replacement made out of GI wire mesh interspaced with two crimp layers and three flat layers and housed in 2" deep metal frame efficiency 65% as per existing size and pattern for AC Plant air handling unit at signal centre complex, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water pressure gauge 100 mm dia range 0-100 Lbs/Sq inch , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only suction pressure gauge suitable for range (-) 30 to 150 Lbs/Sq inch, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only discharge pressure gauge suitable for range 0-300 Lbs/Sq inch, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only air grills made out of GI sheet as per existing size and pattern complete with necessary nuts, bolts, clamps and MS frame made out of angle iron of required size damper for opening and closing of grills, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges like transportation, fitting etc complete with necessary guarantee period as per company terms and conditions. (ii) The new unit will be purchased from authorized dealer.

Disconnecting electric connection of centrifugal pump set, 10 HP, electric dirven, three phase, 415 volts, and taking out from AC Plant transporting the same to work shop, dismentaling the pump set, re-winding the motor with suitable size of cooper enamalled wire, change the bearings , change of shaft if required, change the impalar if required etc, re-assembling the same transport from work shop to site, re-fixing in same position, making etecric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All defective parts deemed to be included in repair cost.
