1. Repair, maint and making the fully functioning of electric operated crane of capacity given below, after checking long travel motion, cross travel motion, hoisting motion (electrically and mechanically) in presence of user rep and MES rep & rectify any type of defects immediately when found including servicing, greasing, oiling & carrying out routine maintenance as directed by Engineer in Charge (Note :- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items (ii) Labour for lowering, mounting arrangement such as ladder, pully block,rope system and other connected mechanism shall be contractor arrangement and rates are deem to be included in this Job. No extra payment will be made to the contractor against lowering/lifting the spare etc at a height of 20' to 40' (a) EOT crane of capacity 10 Ton - Each Job, Qty -01 (b) EOT crane of capacity 2 Ton- Each Job, , Qty -01 (c) EOT crane of capacity 1.5 Ton- Each Job, , Qty -01 (d) EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton - Each Job, , Qty -01 2. Repair to Electro hydraulic thruster operated brake suitable long travel motion of crane capacity given below by replacing the defective parts, servicing it , realignment and all all the minor spares as required at site :- (a) EOT crane of capacity 10 Ton - Each Job, Qty -01 (b) EOT crane of capacity 2 Ton- Each Job, Qty -01 (c) EOT crane of capacity 1.5 Ton- Each Job, Qty -01 (d) EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton - Each Job , Qty -01 3. Repair to Electro hydraulic thruster operated brake suitable cross motion of crane capacity given below by replacing the defective parts, servicing it , realignment and all all the minor spares as required at site:- (a) EOT crane of capacity 10 Ton - Each Job, Qty -01 (b) EOT crane of capacity 2 Ton- Each Job, Qty -01 (c) EOT crane of capacity 1.5 Ton- Each Job, Qty -01 (d) EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton - Each Job , Qty -01 4. Main bearing as per site requirment suitable for 2 Ton capacity of crane. Each Job, Qty-02 5. Material & Labour gear oil suitable for EOT crane up to 10 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation or directed by Engr- in- Charge. Ltr, Qty-35 6. Material & Labour grease (Industrial grade) suitable for EOT crane up to 10 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation or directed by Engr- in- Charge. Kg, Qty-04 7.
