Procurement of Spares for Bag Filters & Cages for AHP-2 of RTPS

a)For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Ash Handling spares of make: Supreme/ Masturlal/ bentex/ kegier technology to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs 16.40 Lakhs (Rs 8.20 Lakhs) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof purchase order copies (Single/Multiple (max.3)) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded.b) For Authorised representatives/ dealers/ Suppliers etc: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Ash Handling spares of make: Supreme/ Masturlal/ bentex/ kegier technology to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs 6.15.00 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Supplier of Ash Handling spares of make: Supreme/ Masturlal/ bentex/ kegier technology. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ relevant documents in e-portal.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 20.50 Lakhs (Rs 10.25 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
