Amount

Excavation in trenches mannualy not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for taking up/ laying cable/pipe etc completed all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreding, leveling watering & well ramming in laying not exc. 25cm for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for burnt brick old size sub class 'B' laid in trenches abutting each other with a gap not exceeding 10 mm, vertically over the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only burnt bricks (old size) retrieved from respective items, laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting electric coonection and taking down of old street light fitting from pole and refixing same after new street light bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 50 mm outer dia HDPE pipe (DWC) Double wall corrugated outer surface and smooth inner wall, ISI marked and as per IS : 16205 (part-24) or latest IS 14930 (part-II), 450N compressive strength with snap fit coupler with rubber ring for underground electrical cable protection conduits Orange colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel of wire heavy duty under ground cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of 25 Sqmm 4 Core laid up trenches/duct crossing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and with suitable size of glands complete and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel of wire heavy duty under ground cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of 16 Sqmm 4 Core laid up trenches/duct crossing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole etc with lugs, glands and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by Mannualy or necessary machine for inserting of GI pipe up to 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement pipe galvanized, “Light grade”, 40mm dia. for protection of cable under road, pavment including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work, chamfers and finishing with using cement etc. for street light pole foudation or any other required places complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement concrete foundation/ Bituminous road and paving complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and demolition of old damaged PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs FRLS PVC insulated standed copper conductor wire of 1.5 sqmm dia, 3 core from existing junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacment steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 Mtr Long) including two coat of aluminium paint above the two coats of red oxide primer including making of strip 20cm each (Sky blue & white) up to 1400mm height with enamalled paints, bituminus black paint over bottom of pipe upto 1500mm length and also marking the pole numbers with white enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable SMC junction boxes and Supply and fix weather proof SMC junction box of outside size 300mm x 200mm x 105mm including each heavy duty epoxy inulator with nut bolt for RYB phase and neutral , MCB SPN, 6 Amps, 250 volts with 'C' curve, cable gland etc. SMC junction box fixed on pole with 25 x 4mm new GI clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for outdoor type weather proof LT street light panel with locking arrangement, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet steel factory fabricated with powder coating with Protection Degree IP 54 including with contactor 32 A TP, time switch Digital 24 hour, MCB 40 Amp Rating with by pass connection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole (upto 9 meter long above coping) with MS clamp and applying two coat of aluminium paint, making of strip of 20 cm width (sky blue and white in alternate band) upto 1400 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writting of Pole Nos. on existing pole with stencil out with white colour in sky blue colour background of 80 mm hight around the radius of pole and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S & F in replacement of LED street light fitting 90 Watt IP66, 230 V AC with PDC Aluminium body & Secondary optical lens for superior light distribution. Efficacy >110 Lm/W. with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant LED street light fitting with driver, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of symmetrical beam LED flood light fitting 200 Watt, IP66 protection, 230 V AC with PDC housing and toughened glass & indl LED with secondary optical lens for superior light distribution, Lumen efficiency >110 Lm/W 4 KV inbuilt and 10 KV external surge protection with driver, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of symmetrical beam LED flood light fitting 100 Watt, IP66 protection, 230 V AC with PDC housing and toughened glass & indl LED with secondary optical lens for superior light distribution, Lumen efficiency >110 Lm/W, 4 KV inbuilt and 10 KV external surge protection with driver, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point including necessary earth work and Pre- cast RCC earth pit with cover and including dismantling/taking out of old unserviceable earthing of any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in replacement of corroded, broken MS street light bracket of any type and size and including new fabrication work made of MS angle iron, channel, girders, square tube, round pipe , rolled bar and flat iron etc quality confirming to Fe-410-W or Gde-E 250 quality -A with fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, polishing , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as required at site or directed and inclusive one coat of primer and two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out LT UG cable 35 to 185 sqmm from trenche, pipe, duct etc and deposite to MES store yard or indicated site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel of wire heavy duty under ground cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid up trenches/duct crossing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and with suitable size of glands complete and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 63 mm outer dia HDPE pipe (DWC) Double wall corrugated outer surface and smooth inner wall, ISI marked and as per IS : 16205 (part-24) or latest IS 14930 (part-II), 450N compressive strength with snap fit coupler with rubber ring for underground electrical cable protection conduits Orange colour complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Cable route indicator made of reinforce cement concrete of size 75 cm high x 20 cm width and 10 cm depth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by Mannualy or necessary machine for inserting of pipe up to 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying in trenches in road cross / floors tube galvanished iron light grade of size 80 mm with all fittings for protection of cable of following dia/bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type equipped with IP66 protection, design in aluminium pressure die-cast housing for better heat dissipation. High lumen efficacy LED module with SMD LED package mounted with PC lens , suitable for general purpose lighting with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC insulated round cable ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core with including PVC conduit and clamp complete all as per site requirement and as directed.
