Periodical renewal on Kolar Bilaspur road (MDR-005) under Annual Maintenance Plan for the year 2026-27. (SH- Providing and laying 30 mm thick Bituminous Concrete in km 8/00 to 9/00 including profile correction)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80(eighty) to 100(hundred)kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. Complete including carriage of materials upto all leads lift and carriage of materials complete as per the entire satisfactions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 Kg/Sqm ( zero point seventy to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-I ) using emulsion distributor 0.276 Kg/Sqm. ( zero point two seven six kilograme per Square metre ) on the prepared surface dry & honary bitumen surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503, using mechanical means including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying bituminous concrete 30mm (milimeter) thick with 100-120 TPH ( One hundred to one hundred twenty Toone per hour ) batch type hot mix plant producting an average output of 75 ( Seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 ( five point five per cent of mix & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 complete in all respects, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 2.5mm ( Two point five milimetre ) thickroad marking strips ( retro relective ) of specified shade/colour using hot thoromolastic material by fully sami automatic thereoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank hitter and profile shoe hitter, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge & accordance with applicable specification.

Note:-The contractor shall procure all the materials conforming to specification MORT&H at his own risk and cost. All rates including octroi, royality,malkhana,tall tex, GST or other tax imposed by the Govt.
