Supply and fix Gl frame work on curved/ sloped roof for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including necessary hangers6mm dia GI up to1200mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of cleats made out of FI 40x3mm size 60 cm long and expansion holdfast 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including fixing of 10mm thick gypsum board seamless with self tapping screw finishing the joints with fiber tape and ceiling compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of false ceiling and providing plaster of paris 1mm thick over false ceiling fibre board surfaces to achieve an even and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 23.50mmx36.50mmx1.50mm, cross Tee of size 23.50mmx23.50mmx1.50mm and wall angle of size 36.00mmx25.00mmx1.50mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls complete all as specifed and as directed including provision of 4mm thick Non-asbestos fibre cement building boards 600mmx600mm size, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted above shall be deemed to include for making holes, cutting chassis if any required and making good to existing walls in cement mortar 1: 3 to match with existing surface finish as directed at site.

Material and labour for Preparation of old treated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic distemper complete all as specified upto 4th storeys height all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Aluminium Composite Panel(ACP) cladding using 3mm thick ACP panel of approved colour jointed as per manufacturer's instruction, fixed to steel frame work by using aluminium blind rivets with ss screw, filling the joint and voids with high quality sealant (silicon gel) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: steel frame work shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of brick work / PCC block masonary built in cement mortar of any despciption and at any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering on concrete or Brick works surface racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water, removing rubbish/debris etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surface of walls, finished fair and even surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50 gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, dust, alkali and fungal resistant, of approved shadewith silicon additives @ 1.43 lit/10Sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.9Lit per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated wall surfaces by washing, rubbing, brooming down or steel wire brushing or scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, and applying one coat of acrylic distemper on walls all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) frame for doors,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates with joint clip and using rubber beading etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber beading, glazing clips. Glass panel/particle board panel filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, and sliding tower bolt 150mm long anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium Powder coated sliding window shutter using aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m, 20mm thick using standard vertical handle section, interlocking section, top and bottom rails, U channels for all -around for gauge shutters. All sections are of medium weight series of approved make in three track sliding window in which two shutters of with and including of 4mm thick Modi guard or equivalent float glass and one shutter fixed with inclusive of stainless steel wire mesh of size 0.30mm nominal dia and average with of aperture 1.40mm, including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips , good quality bearing rollers, Neoprene rubber Gasket and rubber beading of any type, screws , aluminium fitting such as Gasket, handle (01 Nos on each shutter), interlocking arrangements complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr in Charge. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of 4mm thick float glass and Stainless steel wire cloth.

Supply and fix Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium ally sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Fixing 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squarein square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane for fixing in aluminium joinery with rubber gasket as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC ceilling board,over all thickness of profile 9mm and as per pattern No.146 of M/s Sintex or Equivalent , of shade/patern approved by GE with grid size of 0.9mx1.80m,fixed in and including false celling work with anodized alumionium wall angle of size 25x25x25x25x2 mm(section No.1773 of Hindal or equivalent of Intal/Jintal)with main and secondary sections tubular of size 38.10x25.4x1.5mm and 25.4x25.4x1.42mm (Section No.9826 and 9769 of Hindal respectively or equivalent of Intal/Jintal), grid size 0.90mx1.80m, fixed to rafter using 4mm diameter mild steel mild steel rod with adjustable nut and bolt all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of any type and size, cable ends, dimantling blades and removing fan and balde to store yard all as specified and directed.

Hanging/fixing only repaired/reconditioned Fan of any type and size and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified and directed.

M&L for Shifting of split type AC from MES yard / existing location to the new location by taking it after pumping filling the opening of old location with cement mortor, applying white wash on wall with matching with existing colour of the site and making opening holes on brick wall at new location and gap well finish with cement mortor, applying white wash, colour wash, distemper etc on wall to match with existing colour of the adjacent surface , installation and commissioning with replacement of insulation of suction & discharge line.

Taking down the heat/smoke detectors and refixing on false ceiling gy extending armoured copper cable 2 x 1.5sq.mm. up to a length of 1.5mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FRLS) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including all accessories ISI marked including press fit white PVC open switch/surface board high strength and crack resistance and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable (FRLS) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for the following:-. (a ) one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board

All as per Item No. 24 above but with 4 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FR) including 4 sq mm PVC copper conductor used as earth wire for power point on independent board for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps.

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 12 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable(FRLS) 1100 volts grade multi standard copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including all accessories fixed in walls/roof including one run of 4 sqmm earth continuity PVC insulated copper wire(FRLS) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one length.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring using 4 runs of PVC insulated cable(FRLS) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 2 runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS) using as earth wire and drawn in to and including PVC Casing and caping incl all accessories as bend,tee,junction boxes elbows etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : 6 runs of 6 Sqmm cable and PVC casing and caping shall be measured one unit length.
