Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within all leads as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured):-From brick work in cement mortar, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :- Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Labour rate including cost of cement mortar 1:4)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position including cost of binding wire and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo- Mechanically treated bars of grade fe- 500 D or more. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one point five coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight milimeter) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required:- 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m², including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm (sixty centimeter) overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight milimeter) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete, 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm (Fifteen centimeter) wide, 45 cm (Forty five centimeter) overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into three milimeter) size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :- 1:4 (one cement isto four fine sand) in all height including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (one milimeter) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all height, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) thick C.C Paver block of M-30 grade with approved colours, design and pattern of NTC,Modern, Nitco or Gico make of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
