Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC plain panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content.With water thinnable cement primer on walls surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Finishing with premium emulsion like Asian paints Apccolite premium or equivalent of approved brand for interiors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:<br>Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Fabricating and fixing at site wall paneling of height 1200mm on frame work of height 120cm is made using 19mm marine ply wood sections with grid of average spacing 60cm x 60cm in vertical and or horizontal screwed on to wall using steel screws of suitable size. 9mm tk marine plywood/flexy plywood is fixed on to the frame work with joints perfectly finished without any projections at joints. 1mm tk laminate (Type I, Type II and Type III) as specified in list of approved brands is pasted as per the detail specification in drawing . 15mm x 85mm or matching size Beech wooden beeding is fixed over top and at cut edges. Necessary grooves, cuttings and inlays should be given as per drawings. A skirting is fixed on to it at floor level as per detail . All exposed wooden surfaces are polished with melamine matt /clear after applying necessary base preparations, including concealing the screwheads Cost of skirting and polishing will be a separate item. (Refer A-02)

Fabricating and fixing at site on to wall / paneled wall/ partition or counters at base a teak wood/beech wooden skirting of size 75mm x 6mm with top detailed as per drawing and fixed on to wall or partition base using suitable size brass screws or headless brass nails and along with glue. The joints of the skirtings should be neat and no visible difference or overlaps should be seen. The surface is polished with melamine semi gloss after preliminary preparation of the surface.

Fabricating and Fixing at site full partition (double skinned ) of height approx. 3.00meter and width 75 mm having 6mm thick glass of width 40 cms cutouts at 2.40m height where ever provided with beech wood/pine wood frame work to form full height cabins. A frame work of height 120 cm is made using 19 mm Marine plywood sections with grid of average spacing 60cm x 60 cm in between vertical or horizontal members frame work is screwed on to floor/wall using steel screws of suitable size. Necessary cuttings in frames is to be provided to draw cable conduits. 9 mm tk Marine ply wood or flexy plywood is fixed on to both sides of the frame work with joints perfectly finished without any projections at joints. 1 mm tk laminate (Type I, Type II, Type III) as specified in the list of approved brands is pasted on both sides as per the detail specification in drawing. 80 mm decorative beeding/band to be provided at approx.1 meter height from floor level as per the direction of engineer in charge. Necessary grooves, cuttings and inlays should be given as per drawings. Cuttings for fixing electrical boxes/switches should be provided where ever necessary.A skirting is fixed on to it at floor level as per details. All exposed wooden surfaces are polished with melamine matt/clear after applying necessary base preparations , including concealing the screw heads cost of skirting and polishing will be separate item (Refer Dwg. A-01)

Fabricating and supplying at site, office table for the main counters made of 19 mm thick laminated MPW [BWP Grade] IS: 710 boxing as shown in drawing. The shutters, shelves shall be of 18 mm thick MPW laminate and drawers fixed on SS drawer channels, as per the size specified and in site finished with 1 mm laminate and edges finished with 2mm/1mm thick PVC edge banding tape and fixed with SS handes, locks of approved brands etc. and provided with castors at bottom concealed. The top shall be of 19 mm Marine ply wood with post formed front and rear, and sides finished with 2mm/1 mm thick PVC edge banding tapes of matching shade. Size of table 1500x750 (Refer Dwg. A-03)

Fabricating and supplying at site, side table for the main counters made of 19 mm thick laminated MPW [BWP Grade] IS: 710 boxing as shown in drawing. The shutters, shelves shall be of 18 mm thick MPW laminate and drawers fixed on SS drawer channels, as per the size specified and in site finished with 1 mm laminate and edges finished with 2mm/1mm thick PVC edge banding tape and fixed with SS handes, locks of approved brands, supporting clips, etc. and provided with castors at bottom concealed. Providing & Fixing the Duplex (Zebra) roller blinds of brands of Mac,marvel,Vista or other approved brands and colour, design, size etc.<br>The Duplex (Zebra) blind shall filters the light into the room using two phase system that switches opaque to sheer.
