For this purpose we invite your lowest quotes for arrangement of various activities during the entire event which are detailed in the BOQ(Detailed Scope with Terms & Conditions). Due Date/Time: As mentioned in E-Tender Calendar Delivery date: Entire Arrangements are to be done for the “Dealer Award Night” Function to be held Tentatively in first week of Jan 2023 at Venue finalised by BPCL. Your quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the materials, labour payment, transportation, market visits, designing charges if any etc. (to the complete satisfaction of BPCL) but exclusive of GST. GST @18% will be calculated separately on the rates quoted by the vendors. Scope of Work: For detailed conditions and quantity requirement refer Annexure I (BOQ: TENDER FOR ARRANGEMENT OF ALLIED ACTIVITIES DURING DEALER AWARD NIGHT FUNCTION_SOLAPUR TERRITORY). Scope of works as mentioned in the BOQ are in detail, in case of any queries or further clarification you may please visit our Territory Office at Pakni Depot. All designs of backdrops, giveaways, standees any other display material has to be finalised under consultation with the Office In-Charge and no additional charges for the same will be paid. Validity of bid has to be minimum 120 days. Award of Job: 1. Rates to be quoted are per unit rate in Rupees for each item. Taxes will be calculated separately. Lowest Evaluated bid will be determined/established after considering the overall Net cash outflow to BPCL. Successful tenderer has to execute an agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper.
