Dismantling of brick tiles or concrete tiles single layers on roof and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr including stacking of serviceable brick tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs, any thickness including mud plastering,whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding on roof to maintain the required slope & finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hydraulically pressed Cement Concrete tiles plain size 250x250x19 mm laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC & pointed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil ( WPC as per manufacturer's instruction shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted) Note :- water proofing treatment will be carried out through approved applicator.

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof, at any height, using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg per sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt weighting not less than 150 gms per sqm with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side on transverse direction and 150 mm at the ends on longitudinal direction and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm below APP tucking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5cmm deep, 7.5cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no groove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed . Notes:- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee (on account of any defect raised/noticed during a period of ten years) and shall be released after 10 years of completion of work. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fails to rectify the defect pointed out during this period , the defect shall be got rectified at contractor's risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (iii) WPC shall paid Incl qoted rate

M&L for coloured glazed designer ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surface as in dado/skirting and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/colour cement to match with the surface over and including15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
