Construction of 02ACR at BMS Darveshbagh , Zone Nehalpora

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed.

P/L of dry stone soling duly hand packed including all carriages loading unloading complete job before laying of mud mate in trenches incl. all carriages of material involved & head load.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shuttering: 1:4:8 (1 cement 4: coarse sand 8 graded stone crushed agg.40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)..

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 150, landings, balconies, shelnes, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases upto floor V level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (M-20 Mix) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.)

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete (Thermomechanically Treated Bars) Incl. carraige and head load.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
