Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendents regulators, sockets and tube light fittings etc, removing materials from site or for reuse refixing and making good distrubed surface of wall, floors etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down main switches DBs with sheet metal enclosure 4/8 way SPN/TPN/DBs etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable stranded copper conductor single core in casing caping of 20/25 mm complete with sunk iron pressed steel terminal box for fitting mounting switch/ sockets regulators etc with laminated sheet 3 mm thick cover and with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire and connected to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metalic PVC conduit with all fitting such as Tee, Bends, Elbow, etc., fixed surface on wall/ceiling including 6 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated, FRLS, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete including dismantling of existing unserviceable submain wiring all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 34 here-in-before but for sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 sqmm & 1 run of 4 sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable Ceiling fan/Wall mounted fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, hanging the ceiling fan with down rod, including clamps, hooks, holdfasteners etc and connecting up, including making electric connection from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable exhaust fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, fixing the exhaust fan connecting up , including making electric connection from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as directed.

Supply anf Fix for LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, double sided connection, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf Fix LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for eathing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level coneected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe of size 15mm dia including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay earth continuity conductor or main GI earthing lead fixed to wall ,on batten or recces or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED tube rod (double side connection) ultra bright glass LED tube of Cap 18W, 230V, with high efficacy for installation in existing fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs pin type (2 Pin) LED up to 10 W fittings all as specified and directed.
