Supply, loading, transportation, Insurance, unloading of multi stage Horizontal centrifugal pump 6000 GPH x 280 m (Head Range +10-25) coupled with suitable induction motor. The recommended make of Pump should be Kirloskar/ Mathur Platt/ KSB/ along with recommended make of induction motor of Kirloskar/ ABB/ Alstom/Marathon. The Specification of the Motor should be 385 Volts ± 15%, 2900 RPM, 50 Hz, 02 Pole and TEFC cooled. The pumping Machinery should confirm relevant ISO with all latest amendments. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The cost includes loading, unloading, carriage/shifting of pump set along with allied material up to site.

Excavation in trenches for laying of foundation block of size 2mtr x 1 mtr x 1mtr depth inside the pump room by way of excavation of floor and disposal of the excavated earth by using manual labour outside the premises. Cleaning and levelling of excavated trench. Providing and laying plain cement concrete in the ratio of 1: 4 : 8 by using 40 mm size aggregate for a depth of 150 mm with proper compaction. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3 for a depth of 1.00 mtr by using 20 mm size aggregate. The RCC foundation block should be sufficiently alleviated with respect to the floor level for transfer of stresses and vibrations of booster pump while in operation. The RCC foundation block shall be laid with form work of ordinary timber planks and finishing the alleviated portion of the foundation block. The reinforced steel shall be laid on all the six sides of the foundation block (cubical mesh) by using 10 mm dia tor steel / TMT steel having a spacing of 150 mm x 150 mm C/C with proper concrete cover on all the sides as well as on the top. The job includes proper placing of base plate on the top of the foundation block its levelling horizontal as well as vertical. The job also includes fabrication and providing in position foundation bolts for restricting its movement. Mechanical installation of HC pump motor set 6000 GPH X 280 MH with motor along with allied works by way of placing the HC pump set and motor on the base plate tightening of foundation bolts of pump and motor set fixing of coupling pulley on drive end side of pump and motor shaft with the help of cotters and coupling bolts. Proper levelling of pump motor set on the base frame by way of providing steel shims and checking the alignment of pump motor set. Complete job including cost of material such as bolts, nuts, washers, shims coupling bolts and tools and tackles required for execution of the job. Fabrication, fitting and laying of 80 mm dia suction line from service reservoir up to the suction of HC pump set. Providing of 80 mm dia flanges and welding by using good quality electrodes so as to get leak proof joints. Providing and fixing of 80 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve having a seat pressure of 16 Kgf/Cm2 with flanges, bends properly welded which is required for stopping the flow of water in suction line for maintenance of pump set. Fabrication, fitting and laying of 80 mm dia delivery line for HC pump set. Fabrication and fitting of expander nipple on the delivery side of pump set with flanges of matching holes on one sides to be connected with delivery side of the pump set and 80 mm dia delivery line on the other side. Providing and fixing of 80 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve 1 No. and reflux valve 1 No. with nuts, bolts and gaskets with proper flanges and bends. The complete welding work on the delivery line shall be done by using superior quality welding electrodes so as to avoid any air gap and to ensure leak proof joints. Complete job including cost of material, hire charges of tools and plants. The delivery lines of the pump set shall be connected/ joined/ welded with the rising main by fabrication and fitting of nipples, bends, flanges as per site requirement. Plugging of leaking joints if any by way of welding, replacement of gaskets and tightening of nuts and bolts. Complete job.

Laying and fixing of common delivery manifold outside the pump room for interconnection of pumping set as standby arrangement. The delivery lines of both the pump sets shall be connected/ joined/ welded with the common delivery manifold. Making interconnections of common delivery manifold with 100 mm dia to the rising main by fabrication and fitting of nipples, bends, flanges.

Electrical installation of HC pump set 6000 GPH X 280 MH with motor along with allied works by way of fabrication/grouting of angle iron panel board fitted with 12mm thick ply board covered with good quality mica. Painting of angle iron with one shade of primer & two shades of high quality black paint. Providing and fitting of 200 Amp. 415 volt , 3 phase good quality main switch (H/DUTY) of HRC type of I.S.I make on the Panel board by way of drilling holes providing of nuts, bolts washers etc-01 no. Providing/fitting of Voltmeter 0-500V, Ampere meter 0-200A, Angle holders-3Nos, Bulbs 3No. for phase Indicator, copper wire (approx 30mtr length as per site requirement ), insulation tapes, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, baton etc on Switch board. Providing / fitting of aluminium cable-185mm sq from LT pole to 200 Amp 415 V main switch fitted on the panel board with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Providing & fitting of 200 Amp,415 Volt,3-phase good quality Bus Bar Box by way of drilling of holes, providing of nuts, bolts, washers etc. P/F of Copper cable of standard ISI make(as per site condition) for making connections from main switch to Voltage stabilizer & then to buss bar box. Complete job including cost of material labour & carriage charges. Complete job.

P/F of 60 HP Oil immersed Star Delta double contact Starter of I.S.I make on Panel board by way of drilling holes providing of nuts , bolts washers etc (with T-Oil). P/F of 35mm sq. Copper cable from output of Bus Bar Box/ voltage stabilizer to Star Delta Starter. Providing/fitting of 16mm square submersible cable for making of connection from starters to motors with proper thimbling using copper thimbles duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. . Conduiting of whole electric circuit with the help of Conduit pipes, batons, PVC flexible pipes, bends etc. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. Checking continuity of whole electric circuit. Testing and commissioning of electro mechanical works by checking of all electrical connections, tapping and tightening all other connections. Complete painting of suction delivery lines, sluice valves, reflux valves by using anticorrosive primer single coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. Complete job.
