REPAIR MAINT OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WITH ALLIED WORK OF TECHNICAL AREA UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO. 1

Material & Labour in repair for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen), drawn through and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment.

Material & Labour for Checking, inspecting and finding of faults in looping, siren, wiring, panel working of existing fire alarm system from OEM engineers and rectification of defects. Control electrical wiring connected to fire alarm sytem including programming of panel/module smoke detector etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes (a)-Any spare part required for reparing / replacement shall be measured separatly under respective items.however minor spare part of repair work are deemed to be included in quated rate. (b) Checking of fire alarm system at site on each control panel shall be measured one job for payment.

Material & Labour for checking/testing of fire alarms system complete including checking of all connection, between each module upto panel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Cost of replacement of any module i.e smoke detector, MCB, Siren to be paid under relevant items. (ii) Testing should be done in 03 Places/points of each location or as directed by Engr-in-charge) (iii) Checking of fire alarm system at site on each control panel shall be measured one job for payment.

Material & Labour for servicing, cleaning of smoke detector of any type (Addressable/ conventional), and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of necessary T&P like ladder required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate
