Khuntpali Jeera Bridge to Khuntpali and link to Sarsara-Road Work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including Tand P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRTand H Specifications dfor Road and Bridge works 4th Revision complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,Tand P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site .

Construction of granular Sub base by providing Close graded Granular sub base Grading III material as per table 400 1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRTand H Specifications for road and Bridge works 4th. Revision .

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam WMM specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRTand H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface and applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRTand Hl specification for Road and Bridge works 4th Revision .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.20kg sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT and H Specifications for Road and Bridge works 4th.Revision [Output 3500 sqm]

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60 70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRTand H Specification for Road and Bridge works 4th Revision
