Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , Cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawings by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest , forest land , utilities, private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract, MORD specification Clauses 1601,1602 & 1603, and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Excavation for Structures: - Earth work in Excavation foundation for cross drainage structures, retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work in accordance with the MORD specification.

Construction of Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid Dry in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction.

Construction of R. R . stone masonary in cement mortar (1:5) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc, for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204. (For protection & CD Works)

Providing & laying filter media as Hand packed stone filling in the back of retaining walls, abutments, wing walls etc. by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire (@ 32Kg/ 10 Sqm) conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301. (For Protection Work)

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications

Cement plaster 15 mm thick 1:4 on stone masonry including supply of all materials, labour, T & P & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and and MORD Specification. Parapet

Providing & Laying M20 grade plain cement concrete in open foundation as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

White washing two coats on parapet walls including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as perb drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 (P.C.C grade M 10) (Nominal mix 1:3:6)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructruer complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202. (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete RCC Grade M25 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (RCC Grade M25- Using Concrete Mixer) (For abutment of Bridge & Culvert etc)

Construction of C.R stone masonary laid in 1:4 cement sand mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 including bond stones, supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications. (For Culvert & Bridge)

Construction of C.R. stone masonary laid in 1:5 cement sand mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 including bond stones, supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications. (For Bridge & Culvert)

Providing weepholes in stone masonry, plain/reinforced concret abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face completeas per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 (For Abutment wing wall & Protection wall of Bridge & Culvert)

Providing and fixing in position pipe railing consisting of IS Rolled steel joist posts designation IS MB 100 (100x75) at 2.5 m interval and three rows of 50 mm dia steel pipes (light) including fixing in position on bridge deck complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1208.2

Construction of Kutcha Hill Side Trapezoidal Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.18 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to beused in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) asper Technical Specification Clause 307.

Construction of reference pillars with RR 1:6 stone masonary and Plastered with 1:4 Mortar, (totally under ground) of length 200mm, width 200mm and height 300mm) as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.1 of MORD specifications.

Construction of back pillars of RR 1:6 stone masonary and Plastered with 1:4 Mortar, of length 300mm, width 300mm and height 400mm of which 100 mm shall be below ground level as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.3 of MORD specifications.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MORD specification Clause 1701 .

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MoRD specification Clause 1701 .

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written and as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MORD specification Clause 1701

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on 2 inch dia GI Pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Tehnical Specification Clause 1701.

Maintainance Activities:

Deploying Hydraulic Excavators of 0.90 cum Bucket for opening of Road with required slip clearance in all type of Soil, Rock and Boulders including its Operator, Fuel, all other charge and taxes required for proper completion of work.

Maintenance Under PBMC for (1) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/Berms and disposing of the same to suitable locations as per technical specification clause 1914. (2) Maintenance of road side drain including minor slip clearence reshaping, deepening and regrading as well as catch water drains as per technical specification clause 1907. (3) Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal points as per technical specification clause 1903. (4) Maintenance of scuppers & culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repair to crack, parapet walls and protection works as per technical specification clause 1908. (5) Maintenance of Causeway by way of minor surface repairs, replacing guide posts, repair of fixed gauges, removal of debris providing boulders and protection works and painting as per technical specification clause 1909. (6) Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910. (7) Maintenance of 200 metre, km stones, by way of refixing of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 meter, km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912. (8)Two coat White washing on parapet walls of CD work, edge stones, tree truncks and prominent rocks, patches on hill sides including preparation of surface by cleaning scrapping etc. as per Technical specification Clause 191.
