Upgradation of Link Road Rait Nerti Balla Salwana - Tatwani km 0/000 to 17/048 (Portion 10/970 to 17/048) in District Kangra (HP) under RIDF-XXXI (NABARD)

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-In-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. All useful material such as stones shungle, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 2714.80 cum (Two thousand seven hundred forteen decimal eighty cubic metres) quantity at the rate of 300/-(Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private / property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases including carriage of matereials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawing including spreading the embankment material with motor grader in successive layer of in layer 200mm (two hundred millimetre) uniforms thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne static weight to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for Foundation of all type of structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness of each layer including shoring strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in all type of structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 ,1200 and 1600 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground under water inculcing curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect in retaining walls, breast walls, wing wall etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1200 and 1600 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 110mm (one Hundred ten millimetre) dia with working pressure not less than 4.000 kg/ cm (four point zero kilogram per centimetre square) ISI marked PVC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentalsThe rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated in plain cement concrete in all type of structure as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 ,1200 and 1600 for nominal mix 1: 3: 6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in Toe wall, Culverts etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and errecting " W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm (seventy centimetre) above road/ Ground level fixed on I.S.M.C. series channel vertical post 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one hundred fifty five into seventy five into five millimetre) spaced 2 m (two metre) centre to centre 1.8 m (one point eight metre) high, 1.1 m (one point one metre) below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process. All fitting to conforms to I.S 1367 and I.S. 1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) 330 mm (three hundred thirty millimetre) long complete as per section 800 and as per Morth technical specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechnically mixed and virbated plain cement concrete in sub-structure for all type of structure of using plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) nominal mix 1:2½ :5 (One cement isto Two point Five sand isto Five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in toe wall and parapets etcetra as per drwings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying rubble stone flooring in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three sand) laid over cement concrete bedding M-15 (M-fifteen) inclusive of its cost complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1300 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
