Amount
Craft to be dry docked to facilitate under hull repairing and painting. Vessel to be put on blocks at a height of minimum 900 mm from the ground level. This includes the cost of blocking, unblocking, berthing and mooring charges. Dry dock charges including electricity.
Hull and side plate (Upto water level) repair:- Renewal of hull and side plate (upto water level) steel in accordance with the survey report approx 10.5 ton steel (8mm thickness, IS-2061 and ISI Mark-SAIL) required.
On completion of repair, tanks holds and bulkheads to be pressure tested in accordance to IRS rules laid for Inland Water ways ships. Material of plates and structural member to be conformed to IS-2062 grade B material to be tested successfully in a metallurgical laboratory approved by MMD/IRS/WB IWT. Testing to be witnessed by the Surveyor and IWT unit rep. Welding rod to be used IRS approved radiographic quality, welding test PC to be prepared and tested as per IRS rules successfully. New weld joints on the craft to be tested radio-graphically at random satisfactorily.
Star boat side rudder to be newly fitted.
Port side propeller shaft vibrating required repair.
Both side main engine sea water pump and fresh water pump servicing.
Sea water cork fire engine required repair.
