Selection of Agency for Providing Services assisting survey and computerization,Data collection for evaluation and assessment for the properties within Vengurla Municipal Limit and providing software Services and annual operations n maintenance.

Providing services for Geo-Sequencing,survey and assessment-Numbering(Geo-Sequencing),Door to door property survey of all Properties(Lands and Buildings), Data collection for evaluation and assessment for rateable or capital value, Computerization of all collected data and link all data to software. Providing services and Carrying out all detail work mentioned in scope of work as per section 8.1 to 8.6

Providing Software web based License & Services for 5 year for survey and assessment & Annual Operation and maintenance for property tax department- 1.Integrated copyright registered mainframe and advance online web based software for the purpose of Property Tax Assessment and Computerisation Exporting,importing the required data and generating the reports of propetry survey form, Assessment list, tax of notices, hearing, objection notice & reports for Property tax dept 2.Providing software licenses and services for property tax collection through online, CFC and Mobile based application for door to door property tax collection. as per detail work mentioned in scope of work section 8.7

Annual O&M and Support Services for Property Tax department- Providing Annual Operation, maintenance and Supply for the property tax dept as providing yearly tax collection postings, Bills of taxes, demand registers and collection register etc with preprinted multicolor stationary and maintaining the database, Manpower requirement for Operations & Maintenance,Help Desk/Call Center etc as per detail work mentioned in scope of work section 8.8

Maintainance of the all above software and the Database,installation-reinstallation as Required by Municipal Coucnil,Upgradtion of Software and Database for Consilation of the Next Financial year for one year as per detail work mentioned in scope of work section 8.9

Providing License based data services to maintain and manage data to Vengurla Municipal Council related to property tax department on agency’s data center for various online activities related to property tax software and application as a host server and database server as data center with appropriate backup system at selected agency office as per detail work mentioned in scope of work section 8.10.(If and As Ordered)

Porting of final data to IWBP portal:After hearing objections received post new entries, all data shall be ported to the IWBP portal and the respective module shall be made live.
