Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete below or above in ground level nexc 15cm thick as in PCC including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wallsetc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including 10cm dia weep holes in every 3m complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain up to 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to item No 4.00 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hard-core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concete type C-1,1:3:6 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings of drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs etc and removingthe excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Retunning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m depositing where distance at a level n.exc 1.5m heights from starting point.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drain finished to desired slope including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC drain pipe set in cement mortar any dia and removal to out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450 mm dia RCC Hume pipe, class NP-2 laid and jointed with collar in cement motar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 mm dia RCC Hume pipe, class NP-2 laid and jointed with collar in cement motar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm cement concrete 1:2:4 tyep B2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in paving/ harding finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab( drain cover,manholes cover etc) including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
