Personal Protective Equipment – Safety Shoes (make Karam/ Allen cooper/ any other make of equivalent standard)
Personal Protective Equipment- Industrial Safety Helmet (IS 2925) – (make Karam/ Heapro/ Vertex/ any other make of equivalent standards).
Personal Protective Equipment – Ear Muff, Noise reduction 23 db (make 3M/ UFS/ Escort/ Karam/ Saviour/ any other make of equivalent standards).
Personal Protective Equipment – Rubber Hand gloves (make Shiva/ Handcare /Tee Pee/ any other make of equivalent standards).

1. For serial no 1 & 2 Bidder has to quote the rate considering the minimum wages notified by the Central Government and other costs to cover Service charge, Overhead, Mediclaim charge and all taxes and duties but excluding EPF & GST. The reimbursement of total taxes & duties shall be restricted to the total amount mentioned in column 8 of this Schedule subject to Clause No. 2.4 of Conditions of Contract. 2. For serial no 3 to 7 Bidder has to quote comprehensive rates including all taxes and duties. 2. It is hereby confirmed that, except as otherwise stipulated in the Tender Specification and the statutory variations permitted as per the Contract, the above unit rates and other charges as mentioned in this Schedule, will remain firm till the subject work is completed. Further, it is confirmed that no other charges would be payable by NHPC, in connection with our execution of the Contract. 3. Contract Price shall mean total price mentioned in Col. No. 10
