Scraping of cement plaster

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on side walls

Providing and laying average 6 mm thick POP coating on walls, celling, beams & lintels etc

Preparation of plaster surface for oil bond distemper including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil, & filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish & chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper two coats over one primer coat on new work

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting & stopping etc

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make i.e. Kajaria, Nitco, Somani, Orient & Johnsons, in all colours shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer In charge in skirting , risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete (b) Size of ceramic Glazed tile 300x450 mm

Finishing wall exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem, robiacem etc on new work, two coats to give an even shade
