Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

Refixing 20 mm dia old steel tubing and connections in new or old position and removing air lock of pipe with water motor (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs PVC waste pipe 32 mm dia for wash hand basin complete all as specified and directed. Make -Polyplast or equivalent

S&F in repairs Plastic water closet seat cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of P/S trap of WC/IWC etc. by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system, and removal of sludge in semi solid state or liquid state, by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of Nahani /floor trap of bath/Kitchen/Urinal/washbasin by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of gully trap of Bath /Kitchen/Urinal/washbasin including small chamber for EWC and IWC by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of downward pipe of any size and any description of Bath/Kitchen/Urinal/EWC/IWC/Rain water pipe by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line from gully trap to 1st manhole and then upto the final drop into the septic tanks and soak well/cess pool (except intermediate manholes) by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete any dia of pipe and any depth by rodding, manually or by using pressure pump completely and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking up existing cover of manholes of any type any size and any depth dewatering and cleaning of manholes by removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and burried into ground by digging pits of suitable sizes covering these pits with excavated earth properly as directed, and placing the covers of Manholes in position complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(I) Excavation and earth work of pits as required at site in any type of soil, removal and placing of manhole /septic tank cover in same position and flushing of manholes,cleaning with clean water are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ii)Sale of waters from septic tank/soak well/manholes to nearby farmers is not permitted.

M&L for taking up existing cover of septic tank of any type/size/capacity dewatering and removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump after emptying the sewage/ waste water including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits of suitable sizes covering these pits with excavated earth properly as directed, and placing the covers of septic tank in position complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Excavation and earth work of pits as required at site in any type of soil, removal and placing of manhole /septic tank cover in same position and flushing of manholes,cleaning of septic tank, bed of filter bed, inlet & outlet pipe of tank/filter bed, perforted hole of pipe , channels etc. with clean water are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ii) Qty shall be measured as per size of tank and depth with the help of bamboo before commencement and after cleaning. (iii)Sale of waters from septic tank/soak well/manholes to nearby farmers is not permitted.

Puncturing existing sewage line of any dia and description for cleaning blockage including necessary repair & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonery built in cement morter including all quoins,arches.pillars etc all as directed and as specified

Demolition of reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick( above or below ground level)

Excavation in trenches nexc1.5m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells, manholes nexc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in harddense soil all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of of brick masonry /concrete surface on wall with using water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respectiveitem of sch 'A'.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement & sand mortar 1:1, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25mm thick all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials nexc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directedturning filling in ,including spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm th all as specified and as directed

Note :-(i) The entire work will run for 11 months as indicated in the tender documents. Completion before time shall not be entertained by the accepting officer. Site for the entire work shall be given to the Contractor in piecemeal manner and as per user requirement. The Contractor or his rep will report to the Engineer-in –Charge/JE Concerned on day to day basis to received the urgent nature of works and execute the same day to day basis. Non attending/reporting/execution of such nature of works in piecemeal manner a penalty of Rs. 100 per day shall be levied to the contractor. The rates quoted by the Contractor shall be included in the respective item of BOQ. No extra payment shall be admissible to the contractor on this account. (ii) Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract”.
