Painting, Lettering and Numbering work of Electric Poles and Transformers at the campus of NIT Silchar. (Re-Tender)

Painting and lettering on steel electric pole of 200 mm diameter, including surface cleaning, preparation of base, providing and applying two coats of yellow synthetic enamel paint on the entire pole upto 9 m length and over that on specified band/area of the pole, and writing block letters and/or numerals of 75 mm height in black Japan / black synthetic enamel paint, complete with use of brushes, thinner, masking, scaffolding if required, tools and tackles, and all labour, materials and incidentals, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Painting and lettering on steel electric pole of 150 mm diameter, including surface cleaning, preparation of base, providing and applying two coats of yellow synthetic enamel paint on the specified band/area of the pole upto 1 m length of the pole, and writing block letters and/or numerals of 75 mm height in black Japan / black synthetic enamel paint, complete with use of brushes, thinner, masking, scaffolding if required, tools and tackles, and all labour, materials and incidentals, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Lettering and marking on Power/Distribution Transformer of any capacity, including surface cleaning and preparation of the specified area of the tank or conservator, and writing block letters and/or numerals of 75 mm height for Transformer ID, Capacity (kVA), Phase markings (R, Y, B), and Date of Service in black Japan / black synthetic enamel paint or approved shade, complete with the use of stencils, masking, brushes, thinner, scaffolding if required, tools and tackles, and all labour, materials and incidentals, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
