Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Servo motor unit along with shaft from the existing Servo stabilizers (Oil/Air cooled) carefully and replace same with the identical equivalent servo controlling unit of same size and capacity consisting of Reverseble synchronous motor with constant speed - Instant Start/ Stop operates on single phase 230 V, 50Hz suitable for Voltage stabilizer of capacity 750 KVA(Oil Cooled) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, renewal / topping up of Transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV/min instanteneous for oil cooled Isolation Transformers / Servo stabilizers complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and Removing old unserviceable Battery charging unit and S & F Battery charging unit providing DC power supply to relays, meters etc. operates on 230 V Single Phase AC, Output 24 V DC for Auto synchronizing panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and Removing old unserviceable Battery charging unit and S & F Battery charging unit providing DC power supply to relays,meters etc. operates on 230 V Single Phase AC, Output 12 V DC for Auto synchronizing panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and Removing LT Cable connections from Isolation Transformer and transporting to the local work shop and removing the unserviceable / burnt out copper winding wire from the Isolation Transformer of capacity 200 KVA (oil cooled), Three Phase 415 V/415 V and rewinding the same with fine enamelled bare copper conductor of same gauge, turns, and weight and having Class - H insulation level and keeping the core and windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evoporates and replace the same in its original position and testing connecting existing LT cable connection complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of all misc items such as Cotton tape, varnishing, impregnated paper etc. for satisfactory completion of job.

Isolate/de-energize the supply to the LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 200 Amps to 2000 Amps and voltage 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening the doors/ covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/ repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same in place after repairs as under including testing and commissioning of the paenl board: a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower and apply insulating varnish. b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required. Note : Contractor has to inspect the site before quoting. Any modifications/frame work and renewal is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule.

S&F in repairs mild steel hinges suitable for LT panel board shutters incl welding, riveting complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the LT cable connection from the Air Circuit breakers of capacity upto 1600 Amps, AC 440 volts from existing LT panel and repair/ replacement of worn out parts such as Arcing contacts, Main contacts, Jaw contacts, tripping coil, charging motor etc. with new spare parts suitable for the existing ACB's make, specifications complete and refixing the same in original position, testing complete all as specified and as directed . Make of existing ACB's: C & S / L&T Notes: 1. Supply only spares will be measured and paid separately under the respective item of the schedule. 2. Spares should be suitable for the existing LT ACB's technical specifications & dimensions. 3. The labour element involved in replacing spares is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
