Engaging Essential service to 72 TNGRHS Flats at Dharapuram for a period from 15.07.2026 to 31.03.2027

Engaging Watchman - 1 No (Mazdoor Grade II - All Days Working) to provide round-the-clock security and watch and ward services for the entire scheme premises and shall be responsible for safeguarding all Tamil Nadu Housing Board properties, installations and equipment, including pumpsets, generators, electrical installations, common lighting systems, lifts, water supply systems, fire-fighting equipment and other common assets. The duties shall include regulating and monitoring the entry and exit of residents, visitors, service personnel and vehicles; preventing unauthorized access into the premises; maintaining visitor and vehicle movement registers; patrolling the blocks, common areas, parking areas and open spaces during day and night; reporting suspicious activities, theft, vandalism or security breaches to the departmental officers; and taking immediate action during emergencies. The personnel shall assist in maintaining order within the scheme premises, facilitate emergency services such as fire, police and ambulance personnel whenever required, and provide necessary assistance to residents and departmental officers during emergencies, public gatherings or unforeseen incidents. The Watchman shall remain vigilant at all times, promptly communicate important incidents to the concerned authorities, and ensure proper security and protection of TNHB properties and common facilities throughout the contract period.
