Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in M25 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc complete all as approved by the Architects. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bord material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Boring or chiselling through any obstacles, boulders, weathered rock, etc. Upto founding level of piles for seating resting or socketting of files. The rate quoted shall include demobilising the site with all plants, equipment, piling rigs, necessary personnel brought for piling work, including removal and transportation of debrise away as directed, cleaning and reinstating site to original condition as acceptable by the Architect on completion of piling work.

Dadoing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour Glazed tiles of approved sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M.sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Virtified Matt Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best quality Virtified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and installing coving at all corners in required size of ( 75mm x 75mm) using polymer modified mortar sandwiched with Ardex Deck web , CM 1:4 admixed with E135, SBR based, multipurpose, concentrated, liquid polymer additive, at dosage of 1 Ltr per bag of 50 Kg cement, over the wet binding slurry coat of E135 (1part E135 : 1 part water : 4 parts cement) curing, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. [The additive shall confirms to:-pH : 9 – 10; Tensile adhesion over concrete(7 days) : 1.5Mpa; Hydrostatic pressure resistance : 50 psi(0.34Mpa); As additive to screed Flexural strength : 3.3Mpa] Cut out Treatment/ Horizontal Bore Packing Remove all loose particles, chipping open if necessary to make at least 15-20mm gap between pipe and the horizontal opening. Scratch and apply a epoxy Polymide coat of WPM 256 ,Sprinkle sand over the wet binding around the pipe, thoroughly pack the gap using cement mortar admixed with E135 at a dosage of 1 Lt r per bag of cement to the required consistency, in case of the gap between pipe and the horizontal opening is more than 25mm use 6mm down size jelly.Apply a neat coat of E135 Slurry coat of E135 (1part E135 : 1 part water : 4 parts cement) in fresh application over the surface where the filling is done. Providing and applying WPM 265 acrylic primer to all the surfaces where waterproofing membrane is to be installed etc complete as per the manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer in charge. Waterproofing Membrane: Providing and installing a premium type waterproofing using ARDEX WPM 002 a highly flexible acrylic co polymer based synthetic micro fibre reinforced, heavy duty waterproofing membrane in two coats including, etc complete as per the manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer in charge. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3mm copper plate earth electrode at a depth 3000 mm in an earth pit of 450 x 450 x 350mm filled with salt and charcoal mixed with sand in alternate layers of 150mm each up to a height of 3000mm from bottom. L.T. SWITCHGEAR

The Switchboard shall be designed so as to receive cables suitable for bottom / top entry and bottom / top exit to suit site conditions. For complete technical details refer schematic drawing/layouts.. The panel shall be Double front/single front "Linear" or "L" or "U" shape to suit proposed electrical room. Panel shall be powder coated with approved shade.
