2.8.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

50.6.1.1 : Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

13.1.1 : 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

14.1.1 : Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

10.16.1 : Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

50.12.2.4 : Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 6 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12m or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.

4.1.3 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

16.70.2 : Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts , bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.Made of G.I wire of dia 4 mm. PVC coated to achieve outer dia. not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

16.68 : Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

50.18.7.1.2 : Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 15 mm dia 10Kgf/cm2 - Internal work - Exposed on wall

50.18.7.6.1 : Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 50 mm dia 10 Kfg/cm - Internal work- Exposed on wall

18.10.4 : Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work- Exposed on wall32 mm dia nominal bore

od117606/2022_2023 : Providing and laying gas leak proofing treatment in biogas plant by using speciality coating chemical based epoxy. Remove the old existing layers of dung left over by chipping and clean the surface with plenty of water to original concrete level. If the cracks are seen with naked eyes than shape the same in V shape by proper chipping. And the left over surface should be clean up by wire brush followed with water. Mixing proportion and application as cited in the product manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

13.46.1 : Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

13.61.1 : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

13.99.1 : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work
