Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles or any other descrption etc complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, if any complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Trellis work (Jafri)/fibre sheeting/fencing work in walls, including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain or corrugated AC sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm out complete all as specified.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation,sub base,path,floor,hardstanding and post hole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops,back filling of chowkats, holdfasts,coping,bed plates,cills,benching rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels ,drains,paver block end locking ,benching rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface and forming the finished drain using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in levelling concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic digital coloured /printed tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in gate pillar,cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

80mm thick non skid prepolished machine pressed precast concrete ( M-40 grade) interlocking paver block, Glossy finish on top manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Paver block with grey cement and no pigment will not be considered as coloured paver block

60mm thick non skid prepolished machine pressed precast concrete ( M-35 grade) interlocking paver block, Glossy finish on top manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Paver block with grey cement and no pigment will not be considered as coloured paver block

Outdoor/Parking heavy duty factory made tiles, for light traffic,nonskid,anti scratch grip,vitreous/semi vitreous coloured unique design tiles 10 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, of wire any size any size of mesh (pitch of wire ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any size of mesh any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in tubular section/Hollow steel section including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild Steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required with screwed ends,nuts,washers and mild steel plates etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but not exc 10cm long with dia of shanks 5 to 10 mm conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new external surfaces of walls brooming down, applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of primer including properly filling the cracks with putty, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old Plastered of walls etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatmen,preparation of surfaces of walls brooming down, applying one coat of white cement based wall care putty after applying emery paper or sand paper and two coats of weather proof emulsion paint(Ist quality) Apex (internal/external wall surfaces over a coat of primer damp shealth per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete (Grade M 30 ) manhole cover SFRC (steel fibre reinforced cover) factory made including suitable precast RCC frame as per manufacturer's instructions, heavy duty as approved by GE of size 1000 x 600 x 70 mm thick with and including 2 mm thick mild steel strip on all the four edges heavy duty,RCC frame set in cement mortar 1:4 and similar articles complete as per site requirement, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :-Precast SFRC manhole/Drain cover Manufacturer shall have minimum three years manufacturing experience.Make shall be approved by GE for precast SFRC manhole/Drain cover

Note: For the purpose of arriving at Net Contract sum amount, the amount of credit schedule (i.e Rs 47050.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
