Consultancy Work for Preparing GAD, DPR and Land Acquisition for Construction of RUB at Chuna Phatak in Hanumangarh

Consultancy services for preparation of DPR with detailed design and drawings for construction of double box RUB with approaches at above location,including all ancillary works as per scope of work mentioned in term of reference and bid document attached. Major head of the works includes (1) Detailed survey of the area for RUB & approaches using total station,including plotting of L-section & Cross Section with detailed plan showing all details with necessary traffic survey,fixing of alignment, preparation of general arrangement drawings(GAD) of RUB as per RDSO and Morth standards up to full satisfaction and norms of Railway & PWD Department, after joint feasibility including approval of GAD from Railway department (2) Detailed Geo technical investigation as per standards laid in IS/IRC/MORTH references to determine the soil properties,including bearing capacity with location of water table etc . Sub surface investigation shall include collection & testing of disturbed /undisturbed soil samples at 1.5 m interval or any other suitable intervals along with SPT (Static penetration tests) or Dynamic cone penetration test at suitable intervals at predetermined locations of bore holes at each of the abutment locations & other foundation locations(No. of bore holes shall be not less than 2 or as decided by the Engineer in charge). Depth of sub surface exploration shall be 5 Mtr minimum or based on the anticipated foundation level.This work shall include conducting of all relevent test with submission of test result in standard format. (3) Detailed structural design with preparation of detailed drawings with proof checking from faculty of Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering department of NIT's/IIT,S as per the GAD approved by Railway department for all relevent components of RUB with approaches, service road and drainage with electrification etc. Complete for components where standard drawings as per RDSO/Morth not followed (4) Preparation of detailed cost Estimate and BOQ based on Current Schedule of rates applicable with market rate analysis as per Standard draft of Non BSR Items if any. (5) Road safety audit through designated safety auditor,Utility Shifting plans Showing location and Relocation of the same with necessary cost estimate,Land acquisition plan with evaluations of structures (if any), superimposing of alignment on revenue Khasra plan etc. Complete. (6) Identification of Govt & Private land for the work with preparation of land acquisition plan & desired documents, drawings& necessary work for land acquisition as per RECTLARR act 2013 & RRFCT LA RR Rules 2016 to complete the process of land acquisition with SIA Study, up to Posession of Private land including disbursement of payments as per award for land & Structures involved, if any (7) Preparation of Bid-documents with getting Technical and other sanctions to DPR/Estimate as desired by the Engineer in Charge. (8) All necessary correction in drawings & design (if required) till completion of work as desired by Engineer-in-charge. (9) All other relevent works ,as desired and as mentioned in TOR and Bid documents,up to full stisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (Note:- Payment Schedule shall be as mentioned in Bid Documents.)
