Attending complaints to all kinds of pump motors by qualified mechanic to check and test DOL/star-delta starter connections including settings of relay and timer, NO & NC contacts, main power connections, fixing of cable joints, fixing gland packing of approprate size to the pump motors, rectifying pump leakages by replacing flange, rubber packing and nut bolts of existing size and cleaning of pump motors to confirm the satisfactory running with renewal of following items. The cost of minor spares such as lugs of all size, wires, nut, bolts, washer, flanges, rubber packing, gland packing, cable joints etc are included in quoted rate by contractor complete all as specified and directed. Painting of pump sets of capacity upto 50 HP with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer after complete removal of existing treatment, including writing name/capacity of pump with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIRS TO SEWAGE PUMP, MOTOR STARTER, PRESSURE PIPE AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE WELL

Material and labor for Cleaning and desiIting the sewage well, of dia 3 mtr to 7 mtr and depth up to 10.5 mtr de-watering the complete well, removing out the deposited sludge, soil and other material including bailing/pumping out muddy water from the well by manually or by providing pump sets from bottom level of well and cleaning and removing the sludge to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing complete all as specified & directed. Notes 1 :- The Rate quoted by trenderer shall be deemed to be inclusive of equipments/ all necessary arrangements required for cleaning of sewage well and supporting item etc.

Material and labour for clearing of surrounding area of sewage pump house and oxidation pond/sewage pump houses/pump houses by surface excavation upto 10 CM average depth including removing shrubs, grass, implant, small bushes, branches of tree and other unwanted materials / stones etc and leveling complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for Lifting of submersible/VNC sewage pump Set, any size and capacity from sewage well with all column pipes 80/50 mm dia by chain pully block for necessary repairs and lowering the same after necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable parts, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in renewal of contactor assembly suitable for automatic star delta starter for three phase motor, 415 volts of capacity 7.5 to 12 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of single phase preventer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to 25x4 mm GI earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel, earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 32 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed including concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC cover slab 54 x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 C/C both ways with one handle and funnel for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers & necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shwon in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion and including dismantling of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) Irrespective of whatever is shown in plate No 5 of SSR, earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable handle. (b) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip upto 7.5m. Any variation below or above shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Sch ‘A’.

Supply and fixing in renewal of relay assembly suitable for automatic star delta starter for three phase motor 415 volts of capacity 12 to 15 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of relay assembly suitable for automatic star delta starter for three phase motor 415 volts of capacity 7.5 to 10 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filing and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water main/sewage lines (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints including burning out lead of joints and collecting run lead for re-use, cleaning serviceable pipe internally/externally for re-use, stacking properly in safe custody in storeyard of AGE E/M and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified and directed for following bore pipes:- 150 mm bore

100 mm bore (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting, jointing and testing centrifugally cast (Spun) iron pressure pipe class LA, ISI marked, with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS 1536 of 2001, jointed with rubber tyton or run lead joints, complete all as specified and directed for following bore pipes:- 150 mm bore

100 mm bore Note for item 63.00 & 63.10 : (i) Excavation, earth work, rubber gasket or run lead joints of pipes shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after. (ii) Cast iron fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after.

M & L in renewal of rubber gasket joint for spigot and socket pipe fittings of size 150mm bore confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in renewal of rubber gasket joint for spigot and socket pipe fittings of size 100mm bore confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal of run lead joint for spigot and socketed pipes and fittings including allied jointing material i.e. spun yarn etc, complete all as specified and directed for following bore pipes:- 100 mm bore

S & F in renewal of 11 to 15 mm dia MS screw bolts (Machine made ) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 15 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning in renewal of factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) automatic control LT panel of PLC based double door, outdoor type dust/weather proof compartment type, suitable for 415 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, protection class IP-54 and made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick with locking arrangement, Panel shall be powder coated with seimen grey paint and dust proof and for automatic control of two pumps as main and standby of the capacity up to 15-20 HP load including all necessary connections and accessories required and consisting of the following: -
