It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should be an individual vehicle owner, registered firm, or company

Others -- Certificate of incorporation / Partnership Deed / Affidavit

Valid Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) in name of bidder

Others -- Copy of RC Book

Valid Comprehensive Insurance Policy

Others -- Copy of Insurance Certificate (valid throughout contract period)

Bidder should not be blacklisted by any Government Department / PSU

Others -- Self-declaration affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper
