Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Machine pressed precast Concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey/colour cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade and 50mm thick sand cushing / filling under paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand),including making joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm ), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) pipes nominal dia 163mm ID (180 O/D) laid in trenches or in floor /in boundary wall as weep holes fixed jointed with integral socket or coupler and EPDM sealing ring (depending on pipe ends) as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires, any mesh to any type of standards,rails,straing bolts,etc. Including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Mild Steel works of any description and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work or of any other section including ornmental CI items for Portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges,stops ,hand-made sliding bolts etc posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to steel gate of size upto 8 sqm in each panel incl taking down with necessary machineries and necessary welding work including welding of Hinge, Cleats, MS Plate, MS Sheets,applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc and refixing the same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Welding work will be carried at site by arrangement of welding machine without any extra cost to the Government. The cost of Hinges, MS Plate/angle, Ms sheet etc will be paid seperately under relevent steel weight of respective items of Sch. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
