Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing the debries outside from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles Light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Virified Ceramic tiles Light shade 8 - 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 X 450 X 7 to 8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite work (table rubbed and polished in any colour) 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platform, counter type WHB platform and other similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work of concrete surfaces of walls/Ceiling etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down to water including scaffolding with huge heights in any position and removing the debries outside from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall with mixing of integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Water proofing compound measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes such as tiles/interlocking tiles etc and disposing off the debris out side naval Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of M-20 (Design mix) Ready Mix Concrete using 20mm graded stone aggregate use as in floors/mass concrete and similar works including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for forming Construction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness , M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60cm x 12mm in size fixed with screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with screws to aluminum frame work in ceilings with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab/wall panelling by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc confirming Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality- A and fixing for façade and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descriptions over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any descriptions over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Facade work with 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel of Approved shade with top protective film and protective ground coat fix as on Approved design with Aluminium frame structure of size 36 X 25mm fix on builiding facade spacing not more than 600 X 600mm with metal dash fastener of size 75 x 10mm thick complete. Frame structure to be made as per design to form the desired shape like arch or round shape with all arrangement . All the edges & joints filled with appropriate weather sealant like Dow Cowing 789 or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-The scope of work include for taking down existing damaged Aluminium Composite Pannel and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same.

Hacking old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal/ wooden/ Aluminium frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Toughned glass 12mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof coverings/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle Cleats or other connecting plates confirming Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality- A and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, iron necks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
