Appointment of Architect on percentage contract Basis 1. Site survey demarcation of land getting property cards in the name of council and fulfillments of all requirements of land records before going for development project. 2. (a) Preparation of plans, Design and maps and estimates relating to prevailing schedule rates and parallel to Government norms and all other relating works such as “pre-design study, Layout, architectural, electrical and plumbing design, air-conditioning , heating and engineering design of all external services namely ,buildings, roads, sewage drainage, water supply, Street lighting and compound wall, landscaping of graphic signage and certifying from time to time that designs are being correctly interpreted and finishing is of acceptable quality” to approved at council level and other competent authorities. 2. (b) Preparation of all plans .and detail estimate for and other competent authority’s level and getting all types of necessary technical sanction and other required sanctions. (Note - Bidder's fill amount in percentage rate)
