Repairs to Main road between Singapuram Tower Gate to Main Gate, Main Gate to Kandi Gate and Admin Circle to Indrakaran Gate, Perimeter roads of estate area and Internal roads of Amenity buildings in AVNL Yeddumailaram Estate.

Amount

Scarifying road surface : Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm thk. in area n exc 400 sqm

Moorum filling : M & L for moorum filling in berms of 100 mm thick rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation : Rough excavation not exc. 1.5 m deep and getting ot in Hard / dense soils. Complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dresing : surface dressing of road berms not exc. 15 cm deep in soft / loose soils. Complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearence. Site Clearance Complete all as specified and directed.

Soling : Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber 100 mm thick. Complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes : Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam (as per IRC 27-2009), well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings)depth of potholes exc 30 mm and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Priming coat : Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen/bitumen emulsion using mechanical sprayer all as specified.

BM : Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8-10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified. Mix design and specification for BM shall be as per IRC 27-2009 regulations.

Preparation of surfaces : Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. And applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces : Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dense Asphaltic concrete : Material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm minimum consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 sqm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. Complete all as specified and directed. Mix design and specification for DAC shall be as per IRC 105-2019 regulations.

Studs : Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Road marking lines : M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

WBM : 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

Premix Carpet : Bituminous premixed carpet, 20mm minimum consolidated thickness, with 0.27 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 14.6 kg of binder (paving bitumen (VG-30 grade))per 10 sq.m and mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8-10 T capacity and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface. Complete as specified and directed. Mix design and specification for Premix Carpet shall be as per SSR Part-I and/or IRC regulations.

Reinforcement : Mild steel(TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips .

PCC : (M&L) - Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

RCC :(M&L) - Ready-mix Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing using Design mix concrete of grade M25 with 20 mm graded aggregate (pavement of thickness 20 cm.) complete all as specified and directed

Rolling Sub Base : Rolling of Soling of broken boulders or quarried stone, not exc 15cm thickness with power vibratory roller exceeding 5 tonne and not exc 8 tonne.

Hardcore : Hardcore(broken stone/boulder) of gauge n exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Stone Masonry : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Precast Block Masonry : Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C1, 1:3:6, 20 mm graded aggregate, set in CM 1:6, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete

Flush Pointing : Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling with 1:4 cm

RCC Pipes : Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 300 dia. laid and jointed Complete with collars
