Maintenance of S.F and F.O Office building at Khowai under Supdt. of Fisheries Khowai Sub-Division

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below. Quantity = 25 nos

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Painting on wood work with oil type wood preservative ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture on old work including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm . 17 X 0.45MX 0.30M X8 =18.36 Sqm.

Fixing chowkhat in existing opening in brick/ RCC wall with dash fasteners/ Chemical fasteners of appropriate size (3 nos on each vertical member of door chowkhat and 2 nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including Cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener.
