Civil maintenance works (Buildings and S & P ) Note : Any item (s) of work on the basis of prevaling PWD Building Schedule of rates can be executed as per requirement. Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurement of the work done . The rate and unit will be considered as per the respective item of PWD SOR Volume - I w.e.f. 01.11.2017, PWD SOR Volume - II w.e.f. 01.11.2017 , SOR Electrical works Vol I -2017 ( including 18% GST and 1% Labour Cess)
