M&L for providing E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides including Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm With Semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged or 1 0 mm thick square edged of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws including Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for second class hard wood as in scantling, fixed in unframed work clean sawn including dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and above in section in any position, framed work complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails as in roofs, ceiling partition fascia, barge soffit etc (except flooring and skirting) including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nailscomplete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size and colour conferming to IS 15658-2006 and including joints filled with sand and stone dust as in levelling course of interlocking incl demolition of old stone slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shape, size and colour of interlocking paver block is selected by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmX30cmX30mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

M& L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
