Repairs to 150HP Starter unit no 02. at L.I.S Uranbow by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single-Phase preventer with Phase unbalance, phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz. (01 no). b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make (01 no each.). c) Providing and fitting of new 250A contactor assembly of Havells/L& T make. d) Providing and fitting of new 125A contactor assembly of Havells/L& T make e) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. f) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range up to 60s coil voltage 415V. (2NO 2NC double block). g) Replacement of damaged adopter with new one at site. h) Repairs to ATS by way of: i) Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from auto transformer starter. Draining out transformer oil from the oil tank and collecting in a suitable container taking out damaged auto transformer coil assembly from oil tank at site. Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 6 kg/leg approximately= 18 kg). Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc. Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. Reassembling of auto coil at site by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing it on full load at site. The job also includes the charge of, skilled labous and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of copper. (i.e. 14.4 kg) j) Replacement of damaged copper control wiring of starter including cable ties, connections, tapping and insulation as per requirement. After completion of work the starter should be tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for p/f of fresh T-oil for topping of starter (15 Ltr). The starter should be repair at site in presence of concerned Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 400Amp MCCB three pole with enclosure and having breaking capacity 50KA at 415V at lift irrigation scheme Uranbow of L&T/ Standard/Havells unit no.01. The MCCB should have adjustable thermal and magnetic setting. The job shall include the charge of providing and fitting of copper thimbles at both input and output terminals with help of skilled labour, tape roll and other tools & tackles for the completion of work
