Septic Tanks of capacity for 10 No. users, including cost of site development required as per site condition, alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty complete as directed by engineer in charge. WATER TREATMENT PLANT Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 1.45 MLD capacity ( in the shape of rapid sand filter) of RCC construction in concrete design mix of grade M-25 (for hydraulic structures) & M-20 ( for building work) as per proper design & drawing with all structural requirements including cost of construction of cutting for site development , C/o. retaining wall ,civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all other contingent works including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per proper layout contour plan at right bank of Seer khad near junction of Ket Nallah (Location) & capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-1 of NIT under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O. Inlet chamber, Raw Water Tank, inlet channel with ultra sonic channel flow meter, Chemical dozer, Tube settler,, Flash mixer with pumping machinery, Clarri-flocculator (with moving mechanical scrapper arrangement) , Rapid sand filter, pre sedimentation tank, Pipe gallery, Clear water tank, Lime & Alum solution tanks with propoer dozing arrangement, Drainage channels, Inter connecting path (Minimum 1.50m wide) ,Chemical house with chemical handling and feeding arrangements, , Back wash Tank with pumping sets , blower & Air compressors with compresser house with proper scouring arrangement & including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, provision for inter connecting of WTP with pump house, P/F Panels for fencing around the treatment units etc., Plant building comprising , Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements with CUB LED lights of 25 Watts with in the boundry limit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, Proper Walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units, The hydraulic design & capacity/sizes of all the important units shall be based on latest guidelines of Manual of Water Supply and Treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The structural design of various units shall strictly conform to relevant BIS Codes and specifications. Refer Vol-I Data Sheet No. 3 for further details )
OVER HEAD STORAGE TANK Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular Over Head Storage Reservoir as per capacity given below including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 /design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all allied Civil Works such as C/O. chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, MS manhole covers of size 680 x 680 mm with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator, plinth protection, lightening conductor, expansions joints, soil testing report of soil, structural drawings etc. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tank complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. (Refer Vol-I Data Sheet No. 4 for further details )
Construction of Over Head Storage Tank 6 metre staging height - 332 KL
Pumping Machinery and Electrical works Supply of submersible pumping set of KSB / Calma/ Kirloskar JOHNSION/ BS/SABAR/ OSWAL make comprising to latest relevant BIS Code. The pump should be fitted with impeller of suitable alloys as per IS: 8034-1976 latest suitable for Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & RPM of reputed make conforming to IS: 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips , depth gauge and all allied accessories of reputed/ approved make etc. and suitable for operation on data given below:- (Booster stage) For detailed design parameters/ requirements are given in data sheet No. 7 in Vol- I. Location of Site About 6 Km from Ghumarwin Town. The altitude of place in which the motor is intended to work in ordinary service does not exceeds 1000 mt. No. of working hours per day 16 Hours. Providing horizontal spindle horizontal split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement) single/double/ multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pump in series of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirloskar/ BS & BE ( ABB/CGL/SPDP/ TEFC/BHEL/Crompton/CACA motors) as per IS-1520-1980 / IS 5659 - 1970 with up to date amendments, read with IS: 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze impellers/priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a MS/Cast steel base plate ( base plate to be from the manufacturers of the pumping unit only) to Squirrel Cage drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar / Crompton / NGEF and suitable for operation on 400 (+)/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor should be at least 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 25% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS: 325-1978 with up to date amendments read with IS: 900-1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts, pointing, earthing, and all allied accessories etc. and should meet the following requirements:-SITE CONDITIONS : Location of Site About 6 Km from Ghumarwin Town. Rising Main (Refer Vol-I Technical specifications & Data Sheet No. 5 for further details ) Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of mild steel electrically resistance welded bevelled edge flanged/Butt welded pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 of below mentioned grades in item as per dimensions, weight and test pressure mentioned therein code (mill tolerances to be restricted within+- 3%) in random lengths of 4 to 6 mtrs including tyhe cost of babrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube as required at site. Only 5% joints shall be flanged joint and renmaining shall be welded joints and welding of pipes will be down as per IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 of make Adwani/Orelon (Adore)/ESAB. The laying & jointing of pipes should conform to IS:5822-1994 (earth work in trenches, flanged joint and butt welded joints except in bends to be measured and paid for sprately) The pipes and specials shall have out side wrapping with galvanized as per BIS-4736, the galvanization is done by the manufacturing firm itself complete in all respect.
