The bidder must have Successfully completed at least 5 assignments of Scanning/ Digitization of archival records with minimum 3 projects of Archival records involving A3-A1 sizes of documents in bound volume having any one project value more than 50 lakhs

The bidder must have experience in successfully completing Scanning and digitization work of Manuscripts/documents in any State/Central Govt. Dept. in India, with the volume of 1 Crore pages in a single assignment

The bidder must have Successfully completed at least 5 assignments of conservation/Tissue lamination of archival records with minimum 3 projects for any State Archives and having any one project value more than 50 lakhs

The bidder should have been in business of Scanning and Digitization and Conservation/ Tissue lamination of Archival documents, Records, rare books, Newspapers & manuscripts, museums or libraries under central or state government for more than 5 years as on the last date of submission of bid

Bidder as a single entity to be a company as registered under Indian companies Act, 1956/2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 or a registered Proprietorship firm

The Bidder should have owned Scanning equipment A2 size overhead Bookeye scanners and Conservation Equipments procurement receipts of 50 lakh Rupees or more in last 5 years

The bidder should have owned conservation equipment, raw materials like Tissue and lab setup materials worth of minimum of Rs.25 lakhs

The company should not be blacklisted by any Central or State Government Organization or PSU or other public funded government institution and should not have faced forfeiture of EMD/PBG by any organization/ institution during past three years

The Firm should be ISO and OHSAS Certified company

The Tenderer should provide demo of Tissue lamination and digitization process with suitable technology and equipment at Pareeksha Bhavana, Bangalore University

The Average annual financial turnover must be not less than Rs. 10 Crores of which minimum 50 Lakhs must be from the conservation of Archival records, rare books & manuscripts and 1 crore from Scanning and Digitization only during last three Financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2025-26, 2024-25 and 2023-24). Financial details of the bidder (APPENDIX - V) along with copies of audited balance sheet and Profit Loss Statement duly sealed and certified by the CA with UDIN number and the authorized representative of the bidder to be furnished
