Demolition of cement concrete or surkhi filling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roof treatment and in sunken treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof padding concerte of average 50 mm thick with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

M & L Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm grades aggregate) in haunching concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC on roof surface is still green including finished even and fair etc complete all as directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

(i) Removing existing water proofing treatment of any description, any type on roofs, picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all loose particles, dust etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) While doing the treatment on existing roof, concrete should be thoroughly inspected for any significant distress, if any shall be repaired. rehabilitated and treated. Pipes over roof shall be realigned where ever required.(measured separately) (iii) Cleaning the surface of roof & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet, providing and laying fixing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproofing membrane STP LIMITED SHALI TPO (Minimum 1.2 mm thick) applied by using SHALI BOND TPO Adhesive @ 500 grms per sqmt, for fully bond Membrane to surface , as per manufacturer’s instructions. Over a min 200 GSM Geo textile or Asian Paints TPO or equivalent product of M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite or Dr Fixit TPO membrane, applied as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) The work shall be carried out complete as per application and manufacturer's specifications authorised methodology. Execution to be done with trained/ skilled applicator of manufacturer as per the technical guidelines laid by manufacturer, Company guarantees to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment.

Pipes over roof shall be realigned where ever required(measured separately).(iii) Cleaning the surface of roof & up to parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof ,apply TPO Membrane upto parapet, providing and laying / fixing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproofing membrane STP LIMITED Shali TPO HG FB (Minimum 1.5 mm thick) , applied by using SHALI BOND TPO Adhesive @ 500 grms per sqmt, for fully bond Membrane to surface , as per manufacturer’s instructions.(iv) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. Execution to be done with authorised trained / skilled applicator of manufacturer as per the technical guidelines laid by manufacturer, Company guarantees to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment.

Removal of debris (Aggregates) obatained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance of 5km from the starting point and deposited where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling and shifting of solar water heater/ water tank of any capacity along with staging GI Stand without damaging any parts and shifting to same location after completion of roof treatment all as specified and as directed

M&L for Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding , any type , any location/height( roof, parapet walls near pipes etc) and spraying the affected area with solution of 25ml Glyphosphate (4% content) diluted with 1 litre of water or as per manufacturer's instructions after removing roots from wall slabs for preventing the regrowing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with 12.5mm graded aggregate and plaster in CM 1:3 (Size of the disturbed portion 150X150X150mm) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out V groove on cracks of walls and cleaning out, wetting, grouting with crack filler (Dr Fixit or equivalent) mixing with cement slurry, making good the surface by using CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as required at site, as per manufactures instructions, of any description and in any position, with necessary scaffoldings, as approved by Engr in charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder / PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in wall/ceiling surfaces on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering in external wall surfaces of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Taking up or down GI tubing of 15mm bore and connections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI/PPR tubing of 20mm bore and connections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI/PPR tubing of 25mm bore and connections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing of 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing of 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing of 25 mm bore and connections in new or old position fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubes of 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubes of 20mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubes of 25mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) 25 mm dia concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) 25 mm dia concealed pipes and connections in new or old position fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of Gun metal globe or gate valves/ Non returning Valve of 20mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F in repairs of Ball valve 20mm dia high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum wt. 210gms) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S & F in repairs of Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part – I including dismantling of OHT of capacity 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S & F in repairs of Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part – I including dismantling of OHT of capacity 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside and hoisting of PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs including cleaning and removing all scale & dirt, etc from tanks, required reconnecting with necessary GI fittings as per site requirements and re- fixing in same position and also writing date of cleaning and due date of cleaning using enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside and hoisting of PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltrs including cleaning and removing all scale & dirt, etc from tanks, required reconnecting with necessary GI fittings as per site requirements and re- fixing in same position and also writing date of cleaning and due date of cleaning using enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius suitable for 110mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S&F stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100 mm dia bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
