Refurbishment of each breaker and replacement of defective parts of Jyoti make 11 KV VCB panel as per under: - 1. Visual Inspection and Cleaning of Breaker 2. Lubrication of moving parts of mechanism. 3. Checking the operation of closing and tripping coil. 4. Checking of test/service aux. switch operation 5. Checking of tripping mechanism operation. 6. Checking of Breaker Aux. switch operation 7. Checking of spring charging limit switch Operation 8. Checking of damper setting. 9. Measurement of stoke gaps for VI contacts in VCB/VC and adjustment if required. 10. Tightness checking of Power Connection of VCB/VC and electrical wiring in breakers. 11. Checking and tightening of Nuts / Bolts and other fasteners in VCB/VC. 12. Checking of all circlips and lock washers of VCB/VC. 13. Checking of Breaker on/ off operation manually and electrically. 14. Cleaning Of U-barrier. 15. Cleaning of Jaw Contacts. 16. Checking the alignment of breakers with the male contacts of panel. 17. Checking the anti- pumping operation in VCB/VC. 18. Replacement of defective parts. Spares will be provided by Delhi JAL Board while carrying out the servicing work at free of cost. 19. Measurement of contact Resistance, HV Test, closing & tripping timing. Complete servicing of Panel and replacing the recommended Spares as taken in the Supply Part. Installation of one new VCB also included in this work.
